The tub did not drain, it would be up to my ankles by the end of a quick shower
The towels were so rough they hurt to use.
I asked for an iron 5 Times, still waiting; I’ve already checked out.
Two different days the housekeeper did not replace the towels or resupply soaps/​shampoos.
The only thing they have for breakfast is waffles youake and bisquits and sausage gravy. We ate out
The «business center» has one computer that had not been defragged EVER. It runs so slow.
The gym: the excersice bike is missing the pin to adjust the seat, so unless you are quite short, you can’t use it. The only other two options are the elliptical and treadmill.
They advertise that they take the Discover credit card and have the decal on the front door, but they don’t accept it.
Never ever again!

Stayed here before my cruise. And this place is horrendous. First room had pubic hairs in the tub so we were given another room. Second room had cheerios in the floor and pubic hairs in the bed. We looked at two other rooms and they were just as bad. The WiFi speed was terrible and that is even if you could get a signal, the speeds were little better than dialup speed.
Also while having to move room to room we had to use these rickity old luggage carriers that were falling apart. They were ducked tape together and the base was screwed into a block of wood. Bob Villa would not be proud on that job.
Now I will say one thing that was shining in this crap hotel. The front desk women Jazmine was super nice and apologetic through the whole thing. Run away from this place.

The place gets better and better. now have a bedspread with dried blood on it.
Update again:
We went back because this place was part of our cruise package deal. They did give us a free night so we got some money back, but again this place lived up to its low expectations.
We had my laptop plugged into the wall and when pulling the plug out of the laptop it was blazing hot and burned my wive’s hand. I know a little about electricity so I know the wall plug was bad and needed to be rewired.
Also at around 11:30PM we had someone yelling down our hallway for someone named Marcus.
The manager stated they are restructuring, but they need to step it up a bit.

We stayed here while in town for the weekend. The rates are reasonable and the room was nice.
The free breakfast is basically just a continental with waffles but it did the trick.
Pool is a plus and the staff was all friendly here.
Pets are allowed which is a big plus if youre traveling with Fido.
