Sin City Smoke

The girl with the purple hair was pleasant. I usually smoke one cigar a day so I know my prices. The prices were reasonable especially for the nice area of the store. I would recommend this place.

I discovered this place about 5+ years ago thanks to a delicious sushi restaurant nearby. This review is based on my last recent visit and will probably be my last review since I will never visit this smoke shop again.
I wanted a particular hookah flavor and this was the place I have purchased it from in the past. How long ago? I can’t remember but it’s definitely out of the way since I didn’t need anything else in the area and no one in town apparently carried what I wanted.
My first sign of just leaving was when I arrived on a week day during lunch hours… Holy moly… Parking was nonexistent and after driving around the block a few times someone was backing out a little ways away, so heck with it I pulled in and walked to the smoke shop.
Upon entering I asked the girl at the counter if they still carried Social Smoke and she said «no», okay cool no big deal I’ll just see what else you have here. I asked her what she thought was good and she didn’t acknowledge me… Maybe she didn’t hear me… I have a nose so I’ll use it to smell the different flavors they have. From behind me was the counter and behind the counter was the girl, just standing there and staring at me it felt like… Like seriously lady? Do you think I’m trying to steal or do you not know what customer service is? There was another guy just walking around and I assumed he was another customer wandering around lost also because he couldn’t get help. I said screw it and picked out two hookah flavors and a pack of coal which I needed anyways since I have already drove all this way and proceeded to the counter. After the transaction was completed the guy walks back to the back room. Oh man… You work here dude and you didn’t bother to ask a customer for help but rather just wander around?
I’ll take my business elsewhere happily.

Stopped in to grab a few stogies while I was chilling at C.A.S.K. They have a wide selection of cigars with good prices also. The staff was nice and helpful. Looks like I’ll be shopping here while at Five Points going forward.

I don’t know what these other people are doing whenever they enter this store but I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. That «girl with the blue hair» has always been friendly with me and my husband. Any questions we had were answered with knowledge and courtesy, always.
Purchased several different items from them, anywhere from hookah supplies & tobacco, cigars, and tobacco pipes. I love living within walking distance of them as well. Their prices seem very fair for the given market, of course you can always find it cheaper online but it’s cool to support local businesses as well.
The shop is clean and organized, they have a varied selection of products and I am hoping soon they pick up the Social Smoke brand, that would be a deal sealer for me to shop only there.
Of course when entering an establishment like this a certain etiquette is required and expected. If you can’t put a cork in your attitude long enough to function in society, I’d stick to online shopping.
Overall I think they are a great smoke shop, check them out!

My son and I walked in yesterday just to look around. He walked back and pointed to a sign and said, «I want the one with the blondes. «We were told to leave. Customer service nor hearing are on her list of things to do today. Her hair was blue so I’m assuming maybe her brain might of had frostbite and not hair color. Won’t return. Blonde not bong you moron!!!

Overpriced for sure. A replacement stem for a water bong was like 10 bucks bc that and a 5.00 grinder was 17. The girl seemed to hate her job. Kinda bummed to have spent almost 80 for lack of service, enthusiasm and goods.

The dildo’s are made of cheap polymethane or something equally stinky and the «„„„tobacco“““» enhancement non-​bong gizmos are jacked up 500% or more. The only reason to go is to stare into the eyes of their lifeless employee’s and feel good about yourself because you probably have it better than them.

The girl that frequently works the counter obviously wasn’t hired for her customer service skills. Asking her questions about electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and other smoking accessories was pointless as either her answers were incorrect or barely grunted out of her mouth.
Compound terrible service with their extremely and unjustifiably overpriced selections, it’s best to avoid this place altogether.
