This is now Polish Salon… under new management, I understand. I had a manicure and pedicure, and I am satisfied with both. Love the fact that it is so crispy clean.

This location is now called Polish Nail Bar, formerly known as Serenity Nails. Very great customer service, very clean environment. They give you complementary wine of you ask for it. I only got a pedicure with gel polish. Lots of colors to choose from, and lots of pedicure options. I got the pedicure called Polish which was the most intense pedicure I’ve had in my 22 years of life! It included collagen socks, hot stones, hot towels, soaking in your choice of scented citrus (I chose lemon), whatever scent you choose comes with exfoliation and mud mask. They did a great job taking the time to massage the feet throughout the process. And my gel polish paint came out great! I am super happy with my experience here and would definitely return. Altogether I only paid$ 62.

This place has been going down hill. I tried to go there about 3 weeks ago and they kept me waiting for over an hour for a manicure while they had people who would come in for a mani and pedi and they would walk them right over no problem. That was incredibly frustrating so I walked right out without getting anything done.
The next time I went was with my friend a week ago. This time I was able to walk right in and get serviced. I asked for a gel manicure which when I had previously gone was $ 25 dollars. This time, she rushed through and then charged me $ 40! I even mentioned that the price was way higher then last time and she said it’s because you got the manicure. NOTHING about this experience was different then I had had before so it made absolutely no sense.
So now, a week later the gel is coming off already. So I paid more and received horrible service. Gee thanks.

I got the gel nail polish. It chipped the first day and continued to chip. So unhappy it was 36 $ which is not cheap.

Be prepared for the worst pedicure of your life. My pedicure was nothing short of a what felt like a 12 year old learning to file nails for the first time. Instead of a true scrub on the bottom of my feet, I was approached with the scrubbing of my feet with cheap lotion on a nail file. There is currently more nail polish on my skin than on my nails. Hot towels placed on my feet because oh hey, let’s heat up my feet to match my boiling blood pressure at this point. Oh and make sure you start the timer because their pedicures are timed. They will in fact rush through to get it done in 30 minutes. Who has timed pedicures?!
I will not be going back to this place nor do I recommend this place to anyone. This is what happens when you cheat on your nail lady! Lesson learned!

The only reason I would give additional stars would be because the gentleman that did my pedicure was nice. I can’t do it though. I don’t know that I’ve felt like I needed another pedicure right after I left before. Regardless of some of the older reviews, I thought I’d give this place a try.
Another problem was that they had a check in offer of $ 5.00 off of $ 25.00 or more, but when I tried to use it, it had expired 12⁄14. Honestly, I think they should have honored it. I mentioned that they may want to take it off Unilocal if it was expired.
There are too many other salons that do a good job for me to ever go back.

I will not go any where else to get my mani/​pedi. They are very hygienic. Everything comes out of a sealed plastic bag after being sterilized. There is always a new plastic cover for the tubs. On top of all of that, they do an excellent job. I can go for a while without a pedi if I need to. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced pedi/​mani.

Truly almost 5 star but it’s in a strip mall so… one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Extremely clean, bright and relaxing. The hot stone massage with the pedicure is fantastic. We will definitely be back… every time we’re in town!!!

Twice a month I pass 5 nail salons on my way to get a pedicure at Serenity Nail & Spa. Every woman knows when you find a salon that gets it right every time you won’t be satisfied anywhere else.
This past weekend I decided to try the fresh orange pedicure. I can’t say the «orange» was extra special, but the hour and a half of pampering sure was. As usual I was offered water, wine, or soda and given a blanket to keep warm (special request).
At times the salon can get a little crowded but I’ve never waited for services. By the time you pick your color a seat is ready. The staff is very attentive and you definitely get what you pay for!

I’ve come here several times for pedicures. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and I’ve never had to wait when I’ve stopped in. The best thing about this place is the cleanliness. I’m a germophobe, and I feel very confident in their practices. They use disposable plastic bags for the foot tubs and new nail files for each person. I’ve seen them clean at the end of the day, and they are meticulous. Prices are reasonable also.

I came in on Valentine’s Day and it was full as expected, but they gift me in no problem, in not even 5 minutes they took care of me and my husband. I got the fresh orange pedicure with him and it was amazing. Everyone here was very friendly and made this experience more fun, what else could I say.

This review is based on one visit. I usually like to go somewhere a few times before reviewing but I don’t live in the area and may not be back.
I saw Dawn. She did my pedicure and pink and white fill. I was at the salon for a few hours. Way too long. She could have been more efficient with the pink and white. They are also on the thick side. She was nice but seemed like she wasn’t confident in what she was doing. The white was more of a straight line thank curved line like I’m used to and I think it was due to her inexperience with the tools.
The salon was decently clean and relaxing. Good location. There was Jesus music playing though? Guess that’s just the area it’s in?
I have been to many salons across the country for the same services and this is not the best or the worst. It’s probably just above average. Cost is somewhat high. I would go back.

This is my new spot for a pedicure. They are very clean, fastidious even. A $ 30 pedicure includes callous treatment, massage, sugar scrub, a glass of wine or soda or water, the massage chair… basically I can’t wait for my polish to chip so I can return.

This is my favorite nail place. I never have to make an appointment. I never have to wait long. The staff is always helpful and does amazing work. I have no bad words for this place.
I usually get the 30 minute pedicure and that leaves my feet feeling super pampered and soft. I just pull out my Kindle and drift into another world.
And when it comes to my nails, I always get the gelish polish. I find it works better for someone like myself that is constantly typing all the time — never chips and last forever. Every time I get my nails done here, it doesn’t take as long as other places and looks so much better than anywhere else.
The parking is hard to find with such a tiny lot but it is worth the trip to go here. It is like a mini-​spa retreat during the week for me.
