Robin’s Gently Used & New Furniture

My husband and I have been going to Robin’s for many years. Every time we walk in her shop we find so many things we love, love, love. She has everything you could possibly want for your home. Many items are brand new such as our leather couch we purchased at a great price as well as some very nice used items like an antique makeup table I got that is so unique. We have purchased artwork, lamps, etc and are about to get a new mattress and box springs from her. Robin definitely has an eye for choosing beautiful home furnishings of all kinds. We always go to her when we need something for our home.

On my first visit to Robin’s furniture, I knew I had found a gem, both in Robin and in her store. She helped us select the perfect couch for our new home, and it was (and still is) so comfortable and gorgeous that many have since gone to her store in search of something equally as wonderful for themselves. My aunt from Mt. Pleasant, SC even bought a couch from Robin after she helped her find the perfect one, long-​distance! When we found out we were moving, I knew we needed some more furniture for our Tampa area home. Knowing Robin had better prices and selection than anyone around, I knew I needed to purchase from her before we moved. Robin sat with me for a very long time selecting just the perfect pieces from a catalog, going way above and beyond excellent customer service. She ordered them and worked with us on a great price, keeping me updated on each step of the order and delivery process along the way. There aren’t enough positive words to say how much I adore Robin and the business she runs. She truly cares about her customers as well as the quality of the furniture she sells. We always recommend her store, regardless of whether or not the person lives in the Jax area. She is worth the drive!

Looking for a modern look but on a budget? Outstanding customer service where the owners remember you every time you come in? Like to shop local where what you see is what you get? Ugh and hate waiting weeks to have your stuff ordered and delivered? A ‘family’ friendly place? Well look no further! My partner and I just furnished our new place using Robins stuff! We are excited to have it delivered and staged and will be posting pictures in the next couple of months.

Loved this store! Really cute furniture and décor, great quality, AND great price! Found the exact white chest of drawers I had been hunting for, and could pick it up immediately! Robin and her team were very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend checking out this store!

I’ve come here to browse a few times since moving to Murray Hill and always received excellent customer service. There’s absolutely no pressure to buy whenever I’ve visited which is a huge plus. I mean, couch shopping was a major purchase for me and I wanted to be sure I would be happy with my decision.
With an out of town guest arriving in just days, I finally decided to purchase a couch out of necessity. Since I really wanted a new (unused) couch, I went with a beautiful leather Natuzzi in the showroom that Robin, the owner, suggested.
At the time, the couch was available in two colors, but I opted for the dark brown. Robin even came with me to my house to make sure the couch would fit and the color would look nice in the space prior to my decision. In less than an hour, my new couch was picked, purchased, delivered (free!) and carefully set up in my home with absolutely no issues.
In addition, I was able to use the Unilocal promotion to get an additional 15% off my purchase just for checking in. No hassle & immediately honored!
Overall, I would definitely recommend Robin’s Furniture for anyone in the market for higher quality pieces for your home at great prices. 5 STARS

Robin’s is a nice but underwhelming and small furniture store located in a dingy-​looking strip mall. Her furniture offerings are nice and generally good quality but there isn’t much to choose from. The concept is a bit disorganized too — both new and used furniture but the selections aren’t very clearly marked with which is which and retail price vs. the discount price. All the info is there if you dig for it but it was kind of annoying that labeling wasn’t more obvious.
Robin seemed nice enough and she did a good job of making the interior space look nice but overall there just wasn’t a lot to browse. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Robin and her husband are a great team and they have an excellent inventory of quality used furniture. We saved thousands on a $ 5000 purchase.

I’ve never bought anything here, but there is some cool stuff in this store. Some of it is gently used, some of it is probably overstock from 3 or 4 years back. I like to browse when I’m in the area for lunch; never been pressured.
I’ve not examined with a critical eye, but I don’t think you’ll find cheap, pressboard furniture here. One day I’ll find something I just have to have, then I’ll be in trouble.
There’s a store on EACH SIDE of Edgewood, so you can’t use the «I’m heading in the wrong direction» excuse.
