Publix Super Markets

I love publix but I dislike this one. It’s dirty. I have a thing about restrooms… If my 3 year old needs to use the potty it better be clean. I’ve tried to take my daughter to the bathroom 2x here and both time the bathroom smelled like urine and was super dirty. Most of the staff is very kind and friendly. I don’t expect much from this side of town. Expectations are always low when I go into any place in this area.

Everything i need was there. Got some fire red velvet cake and carrot cake. Public is expensive but you pay for quality and I have no issue with that.

Although this location just recently remodeled it still lacks the pleasurable shopping experience that you expect from Publix… The store may be clean but for some reason it has a «dirty» appearance… The employees are nice for the most part…

This Publix makes my blood pressure rise. It is horrible to get in and out of the parking lot. The guys collecting the carts usually look pretty miserable and I find this store kind of confusing inside and not near as nice as others around town. No one that I gave run into have been especially pleasant as I usually find the Publix workers. I try to avoid this location if possible.

Being a loyal Publix customer in my home town of Winter Springs, i feel sorry for all customers who frequent this location on a regular basis. What should have been a quick in and out took 40 minutes and service was the worst I have seen in a very long time. I can’t believe that this store is allowed to carry the Publix name. We marked this location as a ‘stay away’ on our GPS and I recommend you do the same.

Love the subs and wings!!! Nice specials from time to time and at a convenient location.

Ok, the location of this Publix may be a little rough around edges however, I have best hot served fried chicken here. You can get a box of chicken to go when you walk on the door. Now I do warn you that on some days like Sunday or during lunchtime you will find a nice line of customers. Funny that people just wait patiently for that hot barnyard pimp to get done. Also while at Publix try the sub sandwhich you can get the sub made with Boars Head Brand Meat, which I suggest that you try. I had an Italian Sub which was delicious with all the toppings I desired. Anywho, the store was clean and I received great customer service. I will be returning if not to this store location it will be another Publix out there somewhere.

Contrary to other reviews this store is always neat, clean & organized. May be some mix up between here & the Gateway site. My pics tell the true story. Also the customer service is consistent. The staff is friendly. It’s medium sized publix & doesn’t offer items like sushi or the home cooking/​apron demos but suffices for the area.

Being that I’ve got this love affair with food and trying new recipes, I enjoy the Apron demos at «most» of the Publix stores I go into. One thing I notice when I go into this Publix is that they NEVER have this demo… sadly, I understand why. I agree with the rest of the reviews I’ve seen here. It’s extremely cluttered, always crowded, unkempt, and there are always and I mean always people loitering around the premises which is perplexing being that there is always a uniformed police officer parked in front of the store. So sad. On most days, I’ll just go to the Publix on Duval Station Rd. for a better shopping experience. The only reason this Publix gets 2 stars instead of just 1 is because when I do go there, despite their appearance, they usually have what I need and would find at other Publix stores.

Horrible, horrible, horrible Publix. It still baffles me that Publix (where «Shopping Is A Pleasure) allows one of their stores to continue to be in such a horrible state! It’s dirty, unorganized, and quite often there are questionable people lurking about.
Publix costs more than other grocery stores and that’s a fact. In general, I don’t mind paying extra at Publix because it usually is a better shopping experience and that’s what I’m paying the extra money for. But not at this Publix. No, no, no!
Do yourself a favour and avoid this Publix completely.
I don’t write one star reviews very often, but Publix on Dunn Avenue, you definitely deserve it!

I really don’t like this store but it is close and the wife makes me from time to time. It is dirty and cluttered and it just isn’t a nice feeling store. I would (and do) go to another one. I don’t mine driving to the one on Duval Station Rd.

This is literally the most horrible Publix I have ever been to. Since 2008 the store is still a horrible place to shop when compared to other Publix. I have talked to the GM and DM on numerous occasions and nothing ever changes. They obviously don’t care about this store nor its customers. Maybe someone else at Publix will care to set a better example? I’d love to be wrong.
