First time being in and Naila was my rep. She was very nice and friendly. Made the experience ten times better.

This is my second experience using this facility in the past 2 – 3 years. Both were less than positive, however, the most recent is the worst. There was damage in my storage unit from the adjoining unit… it looked as though someone tried to break in. When management was told about it, they laughed it off. After a couple of months with no contact and no repairs, I was notified that there had been a price increase and a late fee because I hadn’t paid the $ 10 increase! I tried to call several times to talk to someone, no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I went to the office to pay the increase then to my storage unit to find that I was locked out! Back to the office to ask if they would let me into my storage unit and by the way, when is it going to be repaired? No one seemed to know anything about it (or care). I was told that there was a list of people waiting for repairs! After 2 more weeks, I was finally notified a repair person was going to do the work… same day… no notice. I showed up ON TIME and no one was there. Another 30 minutes waiting. There were several holes, one about 4 feet long… the repair person fixed one and was going to leave. I had to request that he repair at least one more because it was large. There are still a couple of small holes. Oh well. I will never use them or refer anyone to them again. Thumbs down… waaaaay down.

For my first month: so far, so good. First month $ 1.00!
