Easy scheduling. When I called to make an appt they gave me a two hour time frame, same day I called. They were right on time and very friendly. Diagnosed the problem immediately (springs) and it was fixed within an hour. Great service and reasonably priced.

Pro’s and Con’s:
Pro’s: Needed my garage door fixed and they were there in 2 hours as promised (after hours). Repairman was clean, courteous, and professional.
they had all the parts required and were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Great job. Great web site and they e-​mail to confirm the appointment with a picture of the technician
Con’s: PRICE ($$$). Paid $ 140 for $ 70 worth of springs and worse, paid $ 180 for misc accessories (cables, brackets, mounting hardware).
It costs $ 50 for the service call PLUS $ 129 in labor.
If it’s not an emergency you can find a much better price.
