HUGE bait and switch. They advertise in the Mint magazine for $ 25 for 2 rooms. When the technician gets there he tells you that the advertised cleaning does very little even though I have NO PETS! He then quoted me a price of $ 150 for a medium clean and $ 175 for a deep clean. He said it was based on the square footage of the room but he NEVER measured either of the 2 bedrooms. THESE GUYS ARE DEFINITELY SCAM ARTISTS!!! They do not deserve to be in business like that.

These guys are scam artists. They use the bait and switch technique by quoting you one price, then literally doubling that price when they come to do the job. The guy I had even made some racist and ugly political comments. There’s no need for people and companies like this to exist in Jacksonville. Stay away from them.

I used Precision Carpet, Inc. today. Schedule an appointment last Thursday for arrival time 9 AM-​12 PM. They called 30 minutes before arrival (10:15). they performed a deep cleaning, sanitizing, and scotch-​guard application to the carpet with a free cleaning in the next year with just paying the cost for reapplication of the scotch-​guard. They did a great job and fully explained the estimate prior to performing any services. Mike and his co-​worker were very courteous and timely in their efforts!
