Pizza Hut

WOW! I am sad. This is about the 3^rd time in a row I have ordered from this pizza hut now. Tonight I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza from an online special. $ 11.99 Well When I picked it up it was cheese. They communicated to me I ordered the wrong one. Well Not sure how this is possible because the special is already for you to order. They told me it would be 25 min if I wanted another one. I said really? one A weekday with nobody in here? Cashier was rude so I just took the pizza to my kids. WOW! It was cold and really Nasty. Pizza Hut Was my favorite. I have now been retrying Dominoes which is now really good they changed their format… I do hope Pizza hut makes a come back instead of HIT AND MISS. I actually took pictures of this. Was not sure how to upload it.

How can a buffet have no food? Showed up at 11:30 and it was empty. Asked an employee and he said they were waiting on the pizzas to come out of the oven. Waited for 10 minutes and left… Place is very disappointing. Never asked us for a drink order either..

this place is hit and miss it seems every third delivery I get good fresh well made pizza but normally it is crappy. They seem to have a lot of turn over. I would by it more often but just don’t want to take the risk of blowing $ 25. The management apologizes but its too late and too often. Sometimes I get sarcasm or a whatever when I call and complain.

I normally let the pizza chains slip but I was a little disappointed tonight. Order was placed & my little notification said «your order will arrive at 6:16 pm». Rain started to come down so I called at 6:30 asking if the driver left so they could call the driver to come into the driveway to avoid rain soaked yard, driver already left but they would ask to see if she had a cell. I then noticed it was close to 6:45 (30 mins past «due» time) so I called again, was told driver was new, their internet was down for a map & they had to tell her where to go, plus she didn’t have a cell phone. He did tell me if she didn’t show in 5 min to call back & he would work something out. That was nice of him. She showed. My issue is that maybe provide a «complementary» cell for your drivers, in case of emergencies or if they get lost. Pizza was over cooked a bit & a little heavy on the greasy side. Second issue please complete a food quality check. They were polite & food taste quality was just ok. I will probably give them another shot… But for now I’m gonna take a break.

The pizza and sandwich at this place is currently the worst of both I have ever had in my life. It was awful, just awful.

Another good Pizza Hut. This is one of the few Pizza Huts that still offer waiter service. It brings me back to when I was a kid and actually eating pizza at the restaurant. Most Pizza Huts only offer the to-​go or delivery option. This location also offers a lunch buffet. They keep it clean and can be slow at times but they do the job and put out a good pizza hut product.

Does anyone expect anything great from pizza hut?

Ate here recently reliving one of my first dates with my wife. l haven’t been here in over 20 years, and I never order pizza hut pizza anymore. I have to say the service was excellent –prompt and solicitous– and the pizza just as it was years ago. It still is a stomach ache waiting to happen, and I have to admit I likely won’t come back in the near future because it is no longer the kind of place I frequent, but if you like this kind of pizza, you won’t be disappointed here.

we eat here at least 2 a week and food is consistent. the service is ok and at times you have to get up to remind them your still their. what i dont understand is how they dont have silverware no joke or napkins it makes us laugh and crazy who runs their restaurant like this. the food is good bring your own fork and knife and some napkins and take your own order hell might as well work their, IT DOES HAVE FOOD VIOLATION restaurant violations database
