All around food was good. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve tried cold subs and cooked subs. My only issues is no matter cold or hot, there is always so much oil coming out of the subs… I don’t know how that works with a cold Sammich but it always leaks oil. It usually covers my entire trey with oil by the time I’m done eating

We eat out quite a bit and I rarely post a review. I guess I should write a few for the great places that we’ve been to. This is not one of them.
My wife and I each ordered a cheesesteak and we ordered wings for my daughter. Everything tasted old, maybe even freezer burned. The meat, whether beef or chicken had an off putting taste. It tasted like a piece of newspaper. We all ate about 4 bites and decided that the $ 35 we spent was a lesson learned.
We definitely won’t be back.

Being from South Jersey and yes we now our Phillly Cheesesteaks! This was a reminder of how i miss home. Active Duty Navy on assignment out of my element, this place was awesome. When i walked in i was a little scared being the only one in the place, i oredered the 10″ mushroom and fries to go. Less then 5 minutes i was out the door. I was excited to get to the hotel and try it. I opened the sandwich and thought that better not be mayo, to my extreme pleasure it was not but i was all the white cheese. 11 out of 10.

First visit. Food very bland. Had traditional Philly cheesesteak sub. Could only taste the cheese which wasn’t very tasty. Had to add lots of mustard and pepper and salt. Staff was friendly.

Definitely enjoyed my meal here. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was very tasty. It definitely tasted good when it came out nice and hot. The fries are really good as well, with excellent seasoning on it. Service was done perfectly without fail, and no sanitary issues whatsoever. I’m definitely coming back sometime.

Out and about so thought we would try this place since never been there. Won’t be back. I had Italian sub and had cold which is the way I prefer Italian subs. Rather tasteless. Thick bread and very little meat.

Disgusting! And not even talking about the food itself.
I went in here today for the first time with my husband, who is a cook and knows a thing or two about proper sanitary techniques when handling food. We left before even getting our meal.
The cashier, a tattooed male, went from handling money at the register to handling ready-​to-​eat food products. He did not wash his hands in between, and even worse, he didn’t even wear gloves. Then in the midst if that, he kept touching his face, which was full of sweat, and his hair, which was incredibly greasy, all to go ahead and touch food again… without gloves.
I doubt this is what the company stands for as a whole, but come on, it was absolutely disgusting. Will not be going back, and you probably shouldn’t either!

Geno’s and Pat’s in Philly have nothing to fear here, although I must admit I was pleasantly surprised at what I did get here after reading the reviews for the other location of this chain cheese steak factory, the meat was uninspired but the portions and toppings were more than enough to satisfy. The décor is minimalistic more like a Krystal or a Stand-​N-​Snack in the good old days than a modern fast food joint today very clean but uninspired. There were a couple of others in there when I arrived a mix of younger hipper people and a geriatric couple. I arrived at 11:30 am and when I left it was getting busier. It’s located in the middle of a strip mall right next to Beds Bath and Beyond so parking is ample
