I basically live off of this Panera. The owner and manager is so great and the reason I come back. The staff is always on point with orders and customer service! It is always clean on top of that.

I give this place full 5 stars because we walked in and the place was clean. The order yourself kiosk were all working with no problems was able to pay quickly. We sat outside and waited with the pager and before we knew it our food was hand delivered to us and the waiter was extremely nice and friendly. Walter (the waiter or staff personal who brought us our food) even was kind enough to get one of us our beverage even though it was a self serve beverage and let us know where the station was if we would have liked a refill. They are doing amazing with training their staff. Keep up the good work.

Love how fresh the bread has always tasted with their sandwiches. No hard crust, always is fresh. I get the Italian most of the time and wonder why they put Swiss on it. Sandwich tasted great, but looks like it was just thrown together with one side having hardly any meat. I juat moved some over from the other half, anyhow no big deal.
I will be back, food has always been good.

My favorite place to eat for good food and fast service just wish the soup was hotter. My order was missing one item manger was apologetic and corrected it quickly but didn’t offer free item like receipt said they do.

I decided to give them another chance and went to grab breakfast around 9:45am the other day. Once again they were out of almost everything in the bakery. Practically no bagels and also no soufflés which they advertise is available until 10:30am.

Didn’t even know this was here making it a local secret and a great (aka quiet) morning stop in. Marvelous staff that was polite and seemingly excited about being here so early.
Hard to see the parking behind the building, hook in to the right immediately after passing the famous and familiar Panera building. Gorgeous courtyard is great for enjoying a breeze and the façade of the old rail station.

This is a great Panera for us in San Marco. It’s a beautiful walk and if you take the neighborhood back roads you’re likely to meet a few kitties. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant if you’re driving. Once inside the cashiers are mostly friendly. A guy named Mannie is my favorite and always greets with a smile. Dining in is a pleasure. There are plenty of tables, booths, window-​bar seating and comfy chairs if you just need to sip a coffee and work on the laptop. Food and service is delicious and prompt. Never had an issue with wrong orders or anything of that sort. Definitely everything you’d expect to enjoy at Panera bread. But this one is the best because it’s in San Marco!
