I will never go here again. I went here because the were voted «best in Jax» and because I wasn’t happy with where I was taking my clothes. Were they pleasant? Yes. But does that give you the right to charge an absurd amount of money? No! On top of everything else, my cheap swim-​suit cover must have been in the same bag by accident and not only did they dry clean it but they charged me more than $ 15 to do so. If their customer service was that good, they should have put the item to the side and said something about it at pick-​up. I am a teacher and want my clothes to stay nice for work but not at that premium. They should be ashamed of themselves.

By far, the best dry cleaner in Jacksonville. Over the last 10 years that I have been a customer of theirs, I have watched their customer service in action both with me and other customers. The owners invest heavily in educating their staff on how to treat fabrics and remove stains. They even got some greasy gravy out of a silk lampshade for me. If you appreciate quality service, Oceanside cannot be beat.

Very friendly ladies working here, and they got my suit jacket cleaned much sooner than I anticipated. I’ll be coming back!
