Let me start off by saying I’m a physician. I know physicians and you should stay away from this group. From the people answering the phone to the physician who arrogantly told me I didn’t see pus coming from my wound, this place is dangerous. I woke up with redness and required an I&D because they ignored my concerns. I should have known when a lady getting on the elevator loudly proclaimed «worst appointment in the history of doctor’s appointments ever». Ditto.

Let’s start out with Dr. Brown. He looked at me and cut on me and stitched me. His nurse of 15 years couldn’t bandage worth a flip. I would leave there and go to my wife’s work and she would redo my bandages so they would stay on. Every time (2 times) he did I went back the next day so they could redo the stitches and stop the bleeding. So first I went to the Baymeadow’s office then the next day I had to drive out to PV so they could fix what they did the day before. So I refused to go back to Dr. Brown and went to their Riverside office. Now this one is a chop shop. One Dr. came in and saw me another came in and cut on me and another came in and stitched me. The whole time I’m in there I could see doctors running about in n out of rooms. All I heard was instruments clanking and being used. The nurse I had said that this was a slow day only 50ish or so. Now the cut on my face has left a nasty scare but I’m old, married, and ugly anyway. So now I’ll look for a new dermatologist that can do their job right.
