The customer service was aweful. I expected to wait, but to have a client skip me and i had to wait an additional extra 15 minutes was not what i expected. Ms Gonzales from Boost Mobile referred me but i will make sure she knows how disrespectful they were to a first time client. But on a better note they were good at their job when they did finally decide to help.

I wish I could add on an extra ½ star! Me and my sister came here one morning for mani pedis. We were the only people there so we were serviced right away by the two employees working. Shortly after the start of our pedi other customers began to come in. Being that there were only two employees present I was a little nervous that we would receive «rush jobs» but we didn’t, the ladies took their time and did an amazing job on the both of us and their prices are great as well. I left a star off due to it only being two employees working. I can imagine it getting busier later during the day making the wait time quite undesirable. We’ll see in two weeks when it’s time for a reup.

This is the best nail salon in Jacksonville. The service is great and I always leave absolutely loving my manicure. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a place to get gel, manis and pedis. You won’t be disappointed!

Upon recommendation of my mother, this is the place I came to get my nails and my toes did for my high school reunion in Miami. I haven’t left them since.
Nina and Ben do an amazing job with acrylic sets and pedicures. This is a husband and wife team.
The only thing is that it’s only the two of them, so this place can get fairly busy and pose a very long wait, but it will be worth it. I have never been disappointed with a set or pedi since first coming here in 2011.
I do recommend coming FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. With an appointment. The wait is atrocious, but if they have hired someone to help out, it may not be as bad. I have been too poor to afford any service, but now that I’m working I will be back (especially since I can cross the street from work and go on a lunch break!)
