We ultimately chose another company that had helped us before, but we were delighted with the help we received from Bekins in getting a quote for our move. Their representative was extremely helpful and creative in addressing our rather complex move, with our possessions headed for two different coasts. Their information was timely, accurate and reliable and their price was very competitive. They were much more responsive and helpful than some of the other companies from whom we sought quotes. We highly recommend them.

If it were possible I would give them zero stars. This company is terrible and has terrible management. Or move took 13 hours… Roughly DOUBLE the time it took when we moved into our house with the last company. They damaged items and didn’t put things in the correct rooms. Then they overcharged us DESPITE the fact that their estimate says they charge the estimated price or the hours it takes WHICHEVER IS LESS. I will never use this company again and if you have anything valuable and don’t want to be scammed you shouldn’t use them either. WORST MOVING COMPANY IN JACKSONVILLE!
