Mulch Masters

Mulch master does a great job. This is the 3^rd year in a row we have used them to install on a 150 unit apartment community. They are very professional and quick. I highly recommend them for any mulch installation. AWESOME COMPANY!!!

It was easy to call and order my bales, but maybe these guys are not in the bales of pine straw business. Yeah, its mulch, but they were nice on the phone. They make you sign a waiver holding them harmless if they damage anything on your property, which to me shirks responsibility. Maybe its needed in their business, still never had Home Depot make me sign anything like it when they come to my house.
My biggest issue was the day of delivery. The guy calls me at 1:40, says he will be out, once he loads the truck. 25 bales and an hour later he arrives. Its 13 miles and the map programs show 22 minutes of drive. Hey a little traffic here and there I get it. But why not call AFTER you load the items, not before? My time was just as valuable as his. Called the owners, after 45 minutes, their response — He’s on his way, should be there any minute.
Just the day earlier, I had another Landscape company call me when they were heading out from Phillips Hwy and they arrived in 20 minutes. Find someone local you know values your time and gives you a good value.

I was having mulch delivered to my house, and the driver backs into my driveway to dump the load. What he didn’t tell me, is that the truck was half full of another customer’s rock load. He cracked my cement driveway in 5 places, and lied about the piece of paper I was signing, stating it was a form to acknowledge delivery. I didn’t have my glasses on when I signed. After calling the business with my complaint, the owner told me it was a form stating the company wasn’t liable for damage to my property. I wasn’t informed of the heavy load by the driver, and he had me sign the slip after the damage had been done. The owner was a total a**hole to me over the phone. Thousands of dollars to replace/​repair my driveway. The owner should be banned from owning a business. 0 customer skills!!! Never again!

I was very hesitant about whom I wanted to hire to lay river rock around my pool and perimeter of back yard. The space was about 1150 sq ft of rock needed a big job which I knew would require a lot of work. After having a rep come out and give me an estimate I also decided I wanted some drains put in. It was a 4 ½ hour job with 4 guys. They didn’t try and cut corners. It was done beautifully and I couldn’t have asked for more. Not to mention it probably added thousands to my home value.
