I went to a surprise tour to see what it was like and it was a great experience. Knowledgeable and courteous was what I expect and Mrs. Garrison and her staff went above and beyond. Mrs. Garrison asked me questions about what my daughter likes, what can KinderCare do to make her feel welcomed and how the VPK/​Transitional Kindergarten works. During the walk through my daughter wasn’t afraid. She met new friends and was happy with a new environment. She cried when it was time to leave only because she enjoyed that short amount of time with a new teacher and students. That should tell you something. I would like to say Thank you, I’m very impressed and hope very soon our child will enroll with this amazing staff.

Absolutely horrible. I just walked out during the interview. They wouldn’t give any information online or over the phone unless I set up an appointment for an interview. I showed up and I was basically ignored by this woman who was too busy discussing a break issue with employees. Very unprofessional. Then she says oh hi by the way fill this information form with a fussy toddler in my arms who wants to explore (unlike highland’s precious gifts who allowed my child to play with some toys while I filled out the form). Then I asked her if I can fill it out later cause of my toddler and she rolled her eyes at me and asked the questions and fill the form herself. I was so uncomfortable. She asked what type of care I was looking for. I said preschool part time care, wouldn’t even tell me just asked well what kind? what kind? Then said they don’t have space available. Why would you set up an appointment with a prospect parent if they don’t have available spaces? I wouldn’t have minded if they weren’t so rude to begin with like I was wasting her time. No wonder the reviews are poor.
