Since writing my original review, Michael’s Carpet Care did contact me too make it right. He came out, offered to do an extra room for free and really did a very good job on my carpets and he was very fast. I was pretty pleased with how clean he got my very dirty carpet.

If you want unreliability go ahead. I purchased a groupon for his services. I scheduled multiple visits, and each time he was no call no show. Then when I contacted him he had some excuse or completely acted like he didn’t know who I was. I am glad he can’t keep his appointments, because I imagine his work would be just as bad and I don’t want my furniture ruined. Fortunately for me, I lodged a complaint with Groupon and they refunded my money even though it had been months since I purchased it.
