I went here the other night to get some baby shower supplies. Boy am I glad I did. They had 80% their fall items. And even had some Christmas items on sale! I got a ton of items for like .99 each! Now I only found a few things that I could actually use for the baby shower so I was a little disappointed I didn’t find more. Another thing is unless it’s on sale it’s likely to be expensive. But I love their sales and coupons so it’s usually a good day when I shop here. Also to note the store was clean bright and organized. My daughter dropped her blankie and one of the staff came and found me to return it.

I love going to Michaels. I always end up getting more than what I came looking for. I do love that I can easily access their coupons on their website through my phone. And every time I’m there, there’s always someone in a short distance to ask for help if needed. I do like how I’m greeted at the door.

I come to this location regularly with my wife and I have nothing negative to say other than its well organized and the staff are helpful.
I’m always amazed at how much they charge for custom framing but they are always sending great coupons via their email that it really does reduce the costs for a ton of products throughout the store.

Woohoo this Michaels is my fav in Jacksonville.

2) When I walked in this morning in a hurry, an associate asked me if I needed help and she very quickly took me to what I needed and I was the happiest customer.
3) I needed one more pack of what I was looking for and she looked in their back stock & found it for me!

Well I will say that the minute I walked in I was greeted by someone asking if I needed any help. I was looking for a particular item and unfortunately they didn’t have it. So I didn’t buy just browsed. Even with their coupons, I always found Michaels pricey.
On a happy note: DOG FRIENDLY! It made it so easy to run my errands with Sherlock since we were ready in the neighborhood after his puppy classes.

I came here to have a picture framed for my boyfriend for Christmas 2013. A few days before Christmas I received a phone call saying that one of their employees damaged my picture but they were going to frame it anyways for me to look at. They said if I was not happy with it, then they would purchase a new picture and reframe it for me. Well, I was not happy with the damage so I asked for them to purchase a new picture and frame it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. So I drove over an hour to get to the store, only to be told that the mananger was not in and they had no idea what I was talking about. I left my name and number and asked for the manager to call me. Weeks passed and still nothing. My boyfriend called and the manager said that they couldn’t find my number to call but that they would be purchasing the picture, if he could tell them where I bought it. Mind you that I had already told them where I bought the picture. Weeks pass again and finally a phone call stating that the picture was in! My boyfriend went to the store and looked at it, only to find that they must have found the cheapest, lowest quality picture they could. The colors were wrong. They told him that they could just change the matting to match the new colors. My boyfriend told them no, we want the same picture as what was brought in to them. We gave them the name of the place where I purchased the picture, and still over 8 months later, we are still waiting on this picture. No phone calls from the store, no picture, nothing! I paid nearly $ 600 to have this picture framed, and this is how they treat their customers! I did file a complaint with the BBB, not sure that my complaint will matter. But if I ever get my framed picture from this store, I promise you that I will never shop here again!
All in all… if you want to get a picture framed, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lady at frames was lazy amd pointed me around the corner. She was unfriendly to other customers as well. Not coming back!

Michaels is a great location for all things arts & crafts, and this store is no exception. They are fully stocked with anything you’ll need for making your crafts– paint, paintbrushes, glues, fabrics, sparklies and shinies, EVERYTHING. Also a great stop if you’re an artist– lots of sketchbooks, colored pencils, markers, paints and brushes, stencils, they’ve got it all.
Also a GREAT selection of picture frames, and they have a framing department that will custom frame any item you have at a great price. And if you’re looking for anything to decorate your home for any holiday– Michaels always has a great selection of items for both inside and outside your home, no matter what holiday it is.
Also– keep an eye out in the local paper for Michael’s ads– they pretty much always have a coupon for framing, and also a 40% off any item coupon. They usually have killer sales on most everything in the store, and if you couple that with some coupons– you’re saving some serious dough.
This store was clean, well-​stocked, and the employees were friendly. If you’re in the market for arts and crafts (especially picture frames) — stop into your local Michaels.
