This is the worst facility I have ever been to. I went in and already knew my insurance coverage and what I was going to be paying that day. Jennifer interrupted me and told me I was wrong about my benefits and said I had to pay an additional $ 30 for polycarbonate material. So I paid the $ 30 and called my insurance company again a don’t they advised me that they cover the polycarbonate for dependents on my plan. So I called my insurance again and Jennifer advised they cannot give me a refund and it a credit. I advised I am NEVER coming back just because of Jennifer’s LACK OF customer service so I want my refund and not a credit and she said that’s «not her problem». She consistently Interrupted me during our phone call and asked me «are you done yet?» She is the worst and I will make sure no one I know wastes any more money on this place.
