Maids On the Run

At first, I was very impressed with their service. The maids were always friendly & did a fantastic job. I loved coming home to an impeccably clean house. The reason for the low review is due to their administrative procedures. They charged the wrong credit card twice, blamed me when I didn’t get a reminder call (I wasnt home to let the maid in) and kept contacting my ex-​fiancé after I had insisted he be taken off my files. Definitely trying another service until they have cleaned up (pun intended) their administrative processes.

We love Maids on the Run! We love that the office staff always contact us to confirm our upcoming appointments. We have had great experience with various staff that have come to our house to clean. The first time, I was blown away. I was actually expecting the next few times to be less impressive — I was wrong! They are consistent every single time. We love Maids on the Run!

Would NOT recommend. Received this service as a Christmas gift with the request for Deep Cleaning NOT regular weekly cleaning! Stated I wanted baseboards wiped down, fans cleaned, all window sills wiped. Employee was pleasant but I was told all the «we can’t do» things as soon as she walked in. One was –we do not get on our knees. Knew right away this was not going to be DEEP cleaning. Will look for individual NOT a company next time.

I’ve had the pleasure of having their help for a number of months now and I cannot express how wonderful Maids on the Run’s services are. Thorough, consistent, considerate of your home/​property, and excellent customer service (they call and email 2 – 3 days before a scheduled cleaning to make sure everything is good to go or see if there are additional/​specific requests and always call/​email to followup on whether you are satisfied with the cleaning). Prices are competitive/​affordable (and listed on their website), scheduling is flexible (once per week, two times per month, specific times of day, etc.), services impeccable, and they treat their employees very well from what I can tell. I live alone and having their help has helped me free up time to get my life better organized plus it is just nice to come home to that «clean» feeling and smell when you walk in the door. There’s always a note to indicate they have been by and a list of what was done. Absolutely, 100% recommend Maids on the Run services!

Maids on the Run have one employee that does an outstanding job — if you’re lucky enough to get her, you’ll be pleased with their services. I have been with them several months and have had many different people come to my home, and all of them lacked the attention to detail I was looking for except for one. The staff who answer the phone and handle emails are helpful, and the ladies who come to clean are always nice and courteous, but the quality of the cleaning is subpar. I am currently looking for a new service.

The initial service was great. Lately I haven’t like their service. I’ve had to complain several times about the shortcuts they take when cleaning. My last experience was they sent two people to clean and did a really poor job. I guess it’s standard practice to skimp on the cleaning. I’ll have to let them go and try another company.

I had great experience with Maids on the Run. One of their associates called me to let me know what time to expect them and they arrived on schedule. They got to work right away. I went back to work and came home to a nicely cleaned house. I would definitely recommend Maids on the Run.
