We were on a vacation trip when the icon came on that the vehicle needed service. It was late Saturday morning and Pam and Matt still made sure to work us in so we did not have too long an interruption to the fun. This service department is amazingly!

I really had an «okay» experience here. Really it was less than okay, but luckily I met some nice people towards the end of this experience making it not so freaking horrible an enormous nightmare. I’m not going to go over all the groveling details, but I didn’t really like the customer service my dad, my husband, or I was given when trying to find out an ongoing issue with my car since I had it. Nor did I like the attitude we were given when we came to pick the car up and the battery had died. Someone had a back-handed comment to another employee saying«Oh wasn’t that the issue in the first place.» Um no, read the paperwork. The car was running and everything was fine with it except the stalling. Please hold on the attitude and the rudeness. After my first diagnosis with the car, we got the issue fixed for less than ½ of what Honda was charging us(which most of the price is labor and paying the employees, I get that). BUT, in the end the issue was a completely different issue. I’m just glad our diagnostic fee was subtracted from the actual fix’s fee bring it down to under $ 100. The last time I came to pick up the car there seemed to be a lot of management there and they were very professional, friendly, and offered to bring my car to me. Which is why this isn’t getting a 2 Star review. Customer service goes a LONG, LONG way. If we’re not dishing out attitude, why should I be receiving it?

We purchased a new Honda Fit here in 2006 when they were first released and it was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. Zero pressure with a wonderful salesman! We plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the next year or so. We prefer Honda and Toyota, so we’ve already starting looking around. Because we experienced such good service here in the past, this was the first Honda place we stopped at. We were very straightforward with the salesman about having no intention to purchase for a year or so and he was just wonderful. Again, zero pressure. We’re highly considering buying a truck because the vehicle will be for me and I want something large that will make me feel safer. The salesman was able to answer all of our questions with no hesitation and we even went for a test drive. We briefly spoke with the manager and still no pressure. We’ve also used the service department here to have oil changes done and those experiences have been wonderful as well. If we end up purchasing a Honda vs a Toyota, this will absolutely be the dealership we purchase it from. I can’t believe I’m actually giving a car dealership 5 stars, but they totally deserve it. When I can leave a car dealership every single time without a headache and feeling stressed, then they deserve 5 stars! :D
