I referred a friend to use this facility, and they asked me about the review by Ken. I am not sure what he is referring to, but I have never been forced into a monthly contract. I was told that the facility was bought out and that some things might change, however never once did I feel pressured. I have personally spoke with Lauren (the manager) and she answered all my questions and concerns. I would be more willing to put my trust in someone like that that with a manager that has to go through corporate lines to tell you what time it is.
