Talked via phone with Larry recently on trees and grass for OP. He was very helpful, and we decided not to go with a tree that we liked, because Larry said definitely wouldn’t work in our area, which saved us a boatload of money, and offered a suggestion for an alternative. He was, however, optimistic about our thoughts on a type grass, but recommended a sprinkler system first, and agreed with my thoughts on adding topsoil before the sod. All his thoughts were free, and willingly offered. We’ll return to him when we get the preliminaries done — it’ll take a while, but that’s our plan.
