It’s small but Jacksonville is small. With the military discount I paid $ 16 and my daughters were occupied all afternoon. They have vending machines if you’d like to buy snacks and socks for sale if your kiddo has forgotten theirs. With what they’re charging, I feel like this place could be better. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the seating options for parents were definitely lacking. The bathrooms were clean, at least. I’ll definitely bring my daughters in for a visit next time we’re in town.

This place is good for kids, they got three bouncy houses and a toddler area. This place is great for play dates and relatively cheap. Got free wifi and some arcade games that I would not recommend. It is pretty noisy but you can get over it.

This place went downhill fast. The prices went up, they added a ton of overpriced arcade games and it just feels dirty now. I’m disappointed in how this place developed. You pay to get in and then there are machines in every nook so your kids beg to play them too. The staff is under enthused. I’ve been several times, but mostly just if its my sons friends bday. The prices keep going up and it’s become a money pit in every possible way.

The address provided on Facebook took me to the wrong place, so they should get that fixed to prevent further confusion. We went on a Saturday and apparently they do birthday parties on Saturdays. The place was loud and kids were running in every direction. It’s kind of a weird location, but with a military discount, was cheap. They’ve got a infant/toddler section, which is cool. My toddler wanted to go on a different inflatable, so I went in with her and saw another child’s bloody bandaid and tons of hair in the seam. They should vacuum those things. Grossed me out. It got pretty warm in there, too, maybe they could use some ceiling fans or something? I don’t actually remember if they had any. Overall, it was fun for the family and wore out the children, so we will be back.

I’ve been here twice now and my kid’s have had a blast each time. Regular price is $ 10.00, but there’s a military discount that makes it $ 8.00 per child. There’s a nice area for kids under 4 years old and the big kids get the rest of the place, so there’s something for every age. You can’t bring in outside food/drinks, but there is a vending machine to buy things. Will definitely go back!

I use to like this place, but now I’m not a big fan. Took my kids here to play and I understand the No Outside Food or Drink policy, I brought my own sports water bottle inside like I always do, I set it on the table and 20mins later a worker told my husband he can’t have it inside, I think it was ridiculous that you can’t bring your own water, but they would give you a cup to fill up in the bathroom sink, my water bottle had a cap on it and a cup filled with water can spill, the other girl at the desk told me they get their water checked, No Thanks my water in my water bottle was filtered! I’m also, 6months pregnant and for another woman to deny a pregnant woman water rather I brought it from home or not is ridiculous!!! After, we took my water bottle to the car, some older lady who wasn’t pregnant came inside with an xxl cup of Hardees drink and she sat by the front door and drank it, that was dumb considering she was inside and she still brought her drink INSIDE! Then another lady who wasn’t pregnant brought her own Red Bull inside, so if their gonna tell one person(me) to take my water to the car they should tell everyone to do so! And bc of this I won’t be back at this wack place!

It’s a great place but could be better. My kids had a great time and were exhausted after 2 hours. Their are only 3 bounce houses and a lady that was their told me their use to be 5 but were replaced with game machines. The games are super annoying because I brought my kids to run and play. If I wanted them to play games I would have taken them to chuck e cheese.

I’m a fan, with a few exceptions. First, I’m SO glad there’s something like this in Jacksonville… and it’s good, but it could be better. For example, there’s a tot area for the four-and-under set with a few Adirondack chairs for adults. In addition to the bounce train, there are blocks and baby toys. Oh, and changing stations on a nearby wall. But unfortunately, right next to this area are the machines that make noise. Yes, I’m sure they make the place money, but they are loud, distracting, and annoying. If they have to have these, they’d be better off in a separate room or at the very least a walled off area. It would also be nice if this area was somehow gated off so you didn’t have to worry about your little one wandering off while you were out checking on your other kids. Also, they have vending machines for snacks and drinks… but you have to use them as outside food and drink are not allowed. The summer hours are good, but winter hours are horrible – if you have kids in school you’ll never be able to go during the week since they’re only open like 10 – 2. They do have socks for purchase if you forget yours and they aren’t super overpriced. All in all it’s a great activity for your kids. My 4yo completely exhausted himself after two hours – definitely worth the price of admission.
