I’m not writing this review to be an annoying complaining customer but as a concerned member of the community. I do not suggest ordering food from this Jimmy Johns for delivery, if they are late you just have to deal with it. I am pregnant and work in a busy office setting and sometimes ordering food in a a lot easier for me, or so I thought. I have ordered from this location three times and each time I have been disappointed. Last week when I ordered there was a hair in my sandwich, I didn’t make a huge deal of it and decided to give them another try today and after today I will NOT be returning for business. I only get a 30 minute lunch break and today my sandwich was over thirty minutes late so I missed my lunch. My co-worker used to be an employee of Jimmy Johns and she said that it’s company policy to have the sandwich there with in ten minutes and if they are late they should credit your account, which makes total sense to me. I don’t call and complain to places very often and I work in the customer service industry so I understand things happen however the manager of this store Ellen was just about the nastiest person I have spoken to in a long time. I first had my coworker call for me to complain because my lunch break was over and I didn’t have time. she was very professional when speaking to Ellen the manager but hung up on her and said I had to call, so I then called and this Woman was ready for a fight as soon as I said who I was, she was so hostile she out right refused to credit me for the food she said if I wanted my money back they would have to come back to collect the sandwich that I had waited thirty minutes for and she kept yelling at me asking me if I ate the sandwich and I said yes of coarse I did I was starving! She said oh well the food was fine then if you ate it. I said no that was not the point it was really late and I would like my money back and she said«YOUARENOTGETTINGYOURMONEYBACK»”!, I will make you a new sandwich. And I again, I said there was nothing wrong with the food, your company policy says that I can get a refund if its late and she said no there is no such policy you are not getting your money back. Mind you the entire time this conversation was happening she was screaming and I was not. I told her I was calling corporate and she said«fine do it» like a child. So that being said if you have an issue don’t expect it to get resolved, the manager Ellen does not care and is also the owner so good luck! They lost my business which would have been a lot since it was so convenient.

This is my 4th time eating JJ and I must say it’s amazing every time!!! I really like this location tho. Super clean, fast, friendly and Ellen is amazing! She def sets the positive upbeat tone for the customers! Thanks so much for convincing me to come in and eat miss Ellen, and to think, I was trying to get delivery! Lol!

I learned someting new today. I ordered a Beach club, which is the turkey and avocado sub and asked for them to add bacon. Apparently this is called the«Hasselhoff.» When the girl taking my order asked if I wanted a Hasselhoff, I assumed they were asking if I wanted to drunkenly eat it off the floor like David Hasselhoff eats his sandwiches. Not the case. It’s simply a beach club with bacon. This Jimmy Johns is fairly new. The lights are bright, the place is spotless, and the employees here are really friendly. The sandwiches are exactly the same as any other Jimmy John’s.
