A great car shop. The staff is friendly and I don’t think they try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Also will be willing to work with you to match somebody’s price, if reasonable.
The guy who gives you a coutresy ride knows a ton of stories about Jacksonville and different parts of town, very friendly and nice!
If I ever come back to Jacksonville, I’ll definitely be their returning customer.

I went to these guys because they put an ad in the Riverside paper about being the most honest guys in town. A whole paid write up about integrity and not needing to worry about paying for things you don’t need, etc.
I took it here for a free estimate, as my A/​C was not blowing very cold. They quoted me for a new condenser at almost about $ 1000 bucks. The guy had a sample condenser ready at the front desk, and as he explained what I needed done, it all sounded rehearsed, like he gives this spiel to anyone who has A/​C problems. The tone was pretty much «theres nothing you can do about it. tough luck, sorry.» Something felt off. Also, when I got my car back it was not only blowing kind of warm, it was blowing HOT. completely emptied.
I took it to another place who held on to it over the weekend. No leaks. No need to replace any parts. My car is blowing ice cold now. This second garage was blown away that anyone would try to sell me a new condenser without even trying to see if something leaked over the course of a day or two. Not sure if they are shady or just not thorough, but had I gone with them I would have paid $ 950 more.
