I will admit that Hometown Threads does quality work which is why I give them 2 stars, but their customer service is horrible. I’ve had four different orders with them, with multiple items in each order, and only one of my visits was pleasant. In my experiences the employees were rude had no respect for my time. On my most recent visit, I finally had to leave without dropping off my order because the two employees were too busy chatting about another order to help finish mine.

I’m literally obsessed with this place. I came in two days before christmas in the hopes of having four robes monogramed and ready for pick up the following day. The ladies at Hometown Threads exceeded my expectation on quality and customer service and the robes were a big hit on Christmas. I plan to get so much more done here, They monogram shower curtains, pillow cases, baby blankets, luggage, towels, even glasses and the prices are super affordable! i love it!
