The show was entertaining! The ladies«ahem«did an excellent job! I had fun laughing and being amazed. Yes, I did tip the ones i thought gave an excellent performance. The food was ok only if it was served hot would have been a treat.

I love this place soooooo much. I’ve tried the black bean burger, salad, hummus and the mixed drinks and everything was great, especially the mixed drinks. ;-) I love the performers and every time I go with my friends we have so much fun and laugh so much. Now that I’m writing this I think I will go back tonight lol :-)

Went for a Birthday party. Drag show was cool. Gets very busy on a Saturday night. They have two shows. You get kicked out at about 9pm for the other show. now for the food. Burgers were nice size and good taste. I would liked to try this place without the show. Service was good.

Came here on a Tuesday for bingo and I had a great fun time! Even though I was the last person in my group to receive my food it was great! I ordered the Hail Mary burger and sweet potato fries which were good. There drinks, goodness are the . I ordered a peach margarita and a Carrie Bradshaw(this is strong) but you get your $ worth with alcohol. The drag queen was funny and made bingo really fun! I will be venturing back!

Visited there to watch the drag show with friends. The show wasn’t that entertaining, but the food was worst. Order chicken tenders, fries, fried pickles and 2 drinks. The total bill was $ 71. The service was great but they included an 18% gratuity plus we were encourage to tip the performers. I can’t say that I will ever go back here again.

Food is pretty good, entertainment is great. Waitstaff stay very busy and can be hard to catch on a busy night so that’s why no 5th star. But a great place to go have a good time!

My first visit to Hamburger Mary’s was on a Tuesday night to play Bordello Bingo. If you don’t object to raunchy humor, from a drag queen, you would have been highly entertained. $ 5 for 10 games of Bingo was a bargain and the prizes from Pure Romance were a hoot. Afterward, there was a 45 minute drag show which was very good. We didn’t have food, just drinks, so I am looking forward to the next time to review their fare. I will definitely go back. I give it 5 stars for fun!!! X-Rated fun

Ended up eating Mary’s hamburger on a bun on a Tues/Bingo night. It’s OK to have a small selection of premium draft beers on tap — it’s not OK that ALL the premium beers were flavored. Had to settle for a bottle. Philly onion/pepper/cheese Burger was routine. Kind of amusing going to the restroom, this is one joint your not going to find a MENS or LADIES room sign on the door. Very expensive but that’s expected you’re certainly being entertained. Bawdy comedy is fine, but jokes about the woman selling Pure Romance — sex toy consultant being just out of jail for dealing meth and stating: «See(girls name _„she“ can hook you up.». Don’t cut it especially when you’re already in a seedy section of town. BTW: The Pure Romance woman was very unlikely to ever have had anything to do with meth. Just a really bad joke.

I had such great time time. The show was super cool and the staff was even cooler. All smile and sunshine with roses. The them is Eat Drink and be Mary… They start right in time and food was okay. I had the Gouda morning burger is came out cool as if it was sitting for awhile price $ 11.00 and my drink was super weak. I’ll just get wine next time I go. But overall I cool place to hangout and have a good time

This review is LIVE! I am here now and just had an amazing dinner with the most friendly, attentive staff. I asked the bartender Ronnie, as I was sitting at the bar during my meal, what was fresh and what was from a Sysco bag o meal. He told me the New York Strip was cut fresh. I was skeptical, but ordered it anyway. I added veggies and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. The steak was about ¾ inch thick. Cooked medium rare, and the veggies were cooked in Monterey Steak seasoning and Garlic salt(and butter?!). So good. The Mac and cheese, although not overly cheesy like I had imagined, was still delicious and a nice compliment to the steak. Did I mention the steak was probably over 12 oz! Cooked perfectly. You may be coming here for other fun and festivities but don’t be afraid to experience the pride they have in the kitchen magic delivered by their cook Gina!

What a great time was had by both my friend and I. The dancers were awesome, as was the wait staff. Drinks were good too. Unfortunately the food was less than stellar. The fish sandwich was over cooked, burnt even and dripping with grease. The fries were raw in the middle and had no seasoning which they were supposed too. When the waitress was informed, she apologized however didn’t offer to take it back. Needless to say that is the reason for my rating.

We had a girls night at hamburgers Mary. It was out first time here. It was a small place. The food was not good. My nachos and chicken tenders were cold. But I guess this place wasn’t about the food. It was mainly about the drag show. The performers were great. It was a friendly and social place. Very tight and crowded. We had to sit with other group. There was a performer that looked like Cher. I did enjoy the show. Thought it was very interesting.

No no no Mary. My friends dragged me out on a Monday night to watch a comedy show. I was not impressed. It was dirty, overpriced, the food was gross, not in a safe area, the lights were way too bright, and just overall not a good vibe. The comedians were entertaining. We stayed for the first one and a half acts. There was a bachelorette party being very disruptive and loud during one of the girls sets. It ended up with some not so friendly banter between the comedian and the bachelorette party. The owner/manager made the comedian apologize to the table and one of the classy bridesmaids threatened to beat her up. At that point it was time for us to go. The food was awful. I was starving so I ordered some fried pickles. Bad idea. They were Hard burnt to a crisp basket of grease. There was trash all over the ground. Maybe I wouldn’t have been so judgy if the lights weren’t all the way up. To top it all off the server dropped off our checks and added gratuity without telling us. She didn’t mention that which I find that being dishonest. I don’t think we will be back.

We were in town and decided to go to Hamburger Mary’s with some family and friends. My cousin and a friend had a birthday and we had front row seats and WHAT A SHOW!!! From the food to the show everything was fabulous! I didn’t know what to expect before the show… I would say, go there with an open mind and plan to have fun!!! I haven’t had that much fun in so long! I was actually able to let my hair down, be myself and still have all the fun with singing and dancing! I plan on going again when we are in town:)

My girlfriends and I went for brunch a few weeks ago and I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I was excited for the show — it was my first drag experience! Brunch was delicious. It was buffet style with all-you-can-drink mimosas or bloody mary’s. They had shrimp and grits with this ridiculous gravy sauce that we all could have ate(drank?) on its own. They also had friend chicken and waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The show was good. Some of the ‘girls’ looked like actual women and had I not been at a drag show, I would never have known! Others were not as convincing. LOL. The only thing I didn’t like was that tips were expected from every person for every dance. They literally walked up to every single person in the place, during each dance, expecting money. One flat out even asked me for it «Am I not pretty enough for you?» and held out his palm, and then rubbed fingers together in the asking for money gesture. I thought that was tacky. I would definitely go back if I was in town again. I want to check out the one in Orlando for Bingo Tuesday nights.

There i was, when it happened. i finally got to Hamburger Mary’s for my first time. i thought that by reserving a table wed be able to walk right in and eat before the show started. but that wasnt the case. we were told that the show will start late and asked did we still want to keep our reservation. OFCOURSE! so were told to go to the covered patio and wait to be called .and the shows going to be late. ok we get it… the covered patio has a bar and an oyster bar and music pumping. we had some of what was referred to as the bartenders special«fruity pink drink» we danced we laughed and all was Mary After a bit, our server came and grabbed us and took us to our table.well.i was a Mary’s virgin, and i was sitting RIGHT next to the stage. it was so fun. these ladies put on one hell of a show, and are seriously working their butts off! As for food, we had some fried pickles, loaded tatas, nachos, and i had a philly cheesesteak burger with fries. i also had quite a few adult libations. actually i ordered two at one time. and when they were brought out the server said with a smile«well someones thirsty» LOL. i had the fuzzy teabag and the pretty in pink. i preferred the fuzzy teabag and had another! the pickles were amazing, the tatas were pretty good, and that burger was the biggest juiciest burger i think i have ever had. the flavors were awesome and i had tons of leftovers to take with me! I cant wait to head back and see the ladies of Marys, try another burger have another fabulous drink and enjoy a great time!

This place is pretty good. Whilst visiting a friend who lives down here, we ventured here on a Friday evening. The drag show was okay, it was entertaining but not as crude or audience interactive as I’m used to. The costumes the ladies wore were hilarious & amazing. One queen looked damn good with their pasties. A body like that does not come cheap. They had a Marilyn Monroe themed restroom that was quite cool. Unfortunately, the I Love Lucy one was flooded. That made me sad. The independent woman bathroom gets no love… The food was a great guilty pleasure & the drinks sneak up on you. Quite saccharin sweet but a nice treat to compliment your meal/apps. I would have never thought to put country crock cinnamon spread with sweet potato fries. O.M.G. Enjoyed.

I have to really say that this place is such a drag! Yes, pun intended lol but seriously, I felt like I got robbed when I walked out of this place. I decided to wait a few days before writing my review so I would not be so mean but just thinking of this place annoys me. Yes it’s a fun atmosphere but the show left a lot to be desired and the food and service was much less than mediocre. First I’ll start with where we were seated, to the far right of the stage where the show could hardly be seen. Even though we had reservations and everything but still we got stuck to the side, fine. I asked my server about the large chicken tenders vs the dinner and he stated that they both came with 8 but with the dinner you pay more because of the sides, I said okay because the dinner seemed like the better option to share with my group of friends. I also made the mistake of swapping out my veggies for fries because then I only got one side instead of two. The worst part was, when I got my tenders I had 4 small tenders and two little nubs for chicken. That was still only 6 so when I brought it up to my servers attention he said to me «oh my mistake, it supposed to only be 6». Oh so you only realize your mistake after I bring it to your attention that my food was not right. So I paid $ 11 for 6 super small tenders and some crappy French fries. Ugh! The fried twinkies were okay but nothing great. The chili cheese tater tots were meh. The hamburger my sister ordered was good and decently priced. The drinks were really good but again super overpriced. At around $ 10 a drink I expected something«Mary» sized but it just wasn’t that big. But good it was. Now the show, the show was literally men dressed in drag who lip synced for 1 minute and then just walked around the room collecting money. No show aspect whatsoever. The only time there was any real show was when two guys came and danced around the whole dining room. The whole time! While collecting tips instead of just walking around taking people’s money. To add insult to injury our crappy server put on an 18% gratuity charge to our bill. I normally tip more than that but he didn’t really deserve more than the minimum 15%. Especially after the lack of interest in owning up to his mistake or the lack of interest in fixing my soggy French fries. I honestly would never go back to this place. I could only ever go back if I my friends dragged me and even then I would try and convince them to go elsewhere.

This place never fails to entertain. This outing centered around bingo. Not just any bingo, but trashy bingo. If you don’t know what that is, you should go find out. It’s not for the easily offended and prudes and you need to be over 21+, not just for the language but for the bingo«prizes». Brought a couple of first-timers here and warned them ahead of time. I still don’t think they were prepared for the barrage of vulgarity just by the look on their faces. They enjoyed bingo nonetheless a few of the won a «prize» including myself. There are so many other food options besides their burgers that are just as good. This time around I got the San Fran Shanghai Salad, a lighter option by my standards: mixed greens, mandarin oranges, grilled chicken, red bell peppers, and sesame seeds. The salad had an Asian vinaigrette with by it seemed less like a dressing and more like a sauce as it was thick. No matter, it was still good. I couldn’t resist the apple dumpling for dessert. This pastry has a similar taste to an piece of apple pie minus the ice cream. The drag show features a rotating cast of performers, some who could easily pass as women. They walk out into the audience and interact with individuals, especially the ones holding dollars in their hand. I’ve never been to a bad show.

Headed out to HbM’s for our 2nd ‘Burger of the Month’ meet up. I have to agree with some of my other dining mates, that while it wasn’t a bad burger, it didn’t blow me away either. After grabbing a beer from the bar, we made our way to the table and started to peruse the menu. I have been to the Orlando location, but had not ventured in to hang out with the ladies in Jax. Luckily the menu was pretty similar. For our starter, my husband and I ordered the Loaded Tatas and decided on the Queen Mary to share. We Mary-sized it(two patties) and went bunless. While I was hoping for a lettuce wrapped burger, it was lounging on the lettuce rather than covered in it. No worries — made it easier to split. Thick patties, plenty of fries. Definitely didn’t go hungry even with sharing a meal. Monday night is BINGO night and while that can draw the people in, I don’t think the staff was ready for such a big crowd(not just from us). However, they did handle it to the best of their ability and it didn’t impact our evening.
