Gerber Collision & Glass

I have had the unlucky privilege of taking a car to this shop twice in the past year, once with an insurance estimate and once with cash in my pocket.
The first time, Gerber stuck with the insurance quote and got the job done quickly, and when they didn’t have an inessential part they sent me home with my car and had me stop by a couple days later for a quick part install.
The second time, I was nervous that I had a much larger dent and would therefore have a much larger cost, but they quoted me a price not much more than the insurance quote for the previous dent, and substantially less than the quote from another recommended shop. They said they’d be done in two days and they were done in more like 36 hours, at estimate and with no sign that my brand-​new car had ever been hit. I don’t know how this black magic works, but I like it!
And, as a bonus, both times I got my car back washed, vacuumed, and even wiped down on the inside, so I could drive to work in style. I hope I never need Gerber’s services again, but if I do at least I know they’ll do an amazing job!
