Never had a bad sub here sometimes they are slower but very friendly and make a nice sandwich. I love the hot sauces too. I try a new one every time.

This Firehouse has gone downhill! The service isn’t the best and the subs aren’t as good as other Firehouse subs around. They were out of cookies. For the sub, the bread was so hard I couldn’t barely bite it and it was hurting my teeth. The sub wasn’t as moist as normal and not as tasty. I haven’t been to this one in awhile and tried it again and I know I won’t be coming back soon. I will go to the Firehouse subs on Hodges and Beach instead, that one is fantastic!

I placed an online order today for my family and me while at memorial hospital. I arrived 20 minutes early and my six sandwiches were almost ready, with a packed dining room. The staff was fantastic, every sub was exactly as ordered and they printed a ticket with my order and corresponding numbers so I didn’t have to open every sandwich. Everything was perfect and crazy delicious. Fast lunch is important and clearly you can depend on them, even in the thick of the lunch rush. Thanks Firehouse!

fire house subs used to be good, or at least this one did. my wife and I along with our son ate there today. we had the hook and ladder. we received our sandwiches and the bread was a little soggy, we decided to eat anyway because it was about to storm, to make a long story short, if you eat at this firehouse subs BE PREPARED TO STAY IN THE BATHROOM ALL NITE… her and I both woke up in the middle of the nite with stomach aches, and now neither one of us can stay out of the bathroom. I will never eat at this firehouse again. be warned. …

Wow this place has gone down hill. I use to really love this firehouse. But they’ve gone about and beyond at giving horrible service and the meat quality is suffering bay. I had avoided them for a while and decided one last time to try and sadly was again horrible disappointed.
