Eye Care Center

Alright so this was my first appointment at this facility. First impression was good in that they were able to see me the next day after I called to book an appointment and were very friendly on the phone and when I arrived for my appointment.
I was told they were running slightly behind but nothing substantial. About 10 – 15 minutes past my appointment time I was taken back by the tech to do the quick standard eye tests then was left waiting in another waiting room because the doctor was running behind. Over and HOUR later I was pulled back for a 10 – 15 eye exam.
I needed glasses so I went to check out the frames. Small selection. The lenses were way over priced for my prescription so I did not purchase anything.
Ultimately, although the staff was friendly, my time and money are worth more. I wouldn’t recommend this facility unless it’s required. I have heard great things about a facility in the Swansboro area though.
