Took my watch in for a repair, they told me it needed to be sent out so I agreed. They told me it would probably take about two weeks but that they could not be certain about the time frame. It took over a month to get it back. I understand that if they are not the people repairing it that they cannot tell me exactly how long it will take, but what bothered me was that they never called to update me or let me know the status of it. I called a few times over the course of that month to see if they had any updates on it and they just kept saying that they had no new information and seemed upset that I called once or twice a week(after the original two week expectation had passed) in the hopes that they might be able to give me more information. I know that they can’t control how much information a third-party gives them, but I felt as thought more could have been done on their part in the ways of trying to contact the company and find out why it was taking so long, and also to keep me in the loop about it. On a separate note, the older lady(who I believe owns the store), has been somewhat snide in the past and not very courteous.

I bought two Fruitz watches through Groupon at a steal, and shortly after they arrived the battery in one went dead. No biggie. I went to my watch repair place in Atlanta(where I lived at the time) and replaced it. A few months later, right after I moved to Jax, the other watch dies. So I pop into Espling thinking I just need to replace this battery, too. The guy takes my watch in the back, then returns a few minutes later and says the watch is broken and it would be $ 40 to fix. That was almost half what I paid for the watch, so I decided to hold off. A couple weeks later, I have to make a trip back to ATL. I figure, while I’m there I’ll have my watch repair guy do the work. I take the watch in, and he asks me where I took the watch before him. Puzzled, I asked how he knew I had taken it somewhere else. He tells me that the battery was missing, and — by the way — all it needed was a new one. All for less than $ 10. That was six months ago, and the watch is still running perfectly. If I could, I’d give Espling half a star for trying to rip me off. Not cool.
