Beyond ridicules situation. They replaced our water heater when that was not the problem. They left the condo, and didn’t even call to say they were finished and left our door unlocked. When I called because the leak was still happening (which turned out it was our ac) they came back out and were extremely rude and unprofessional. After all that the unit was not installed properly and they charged us for a permit which turned out they never pulled! Going to call to report them to all agencies.

horrible work — got work done on Thursday — went away for the weekend — leak on the same pipe by Monday — Easterday wants to claim it’s a new leak and want to me to pay for another service call— would have been nice if they inspected the entire pipe and shored it up when they were here — PVC is cheap — my service call was $ 85 and a $ 10 trip fee — they stayed maybe 15 minutes?

I had my house re-​plumbed due to a slab leak in a newly remodeled bathroom. It’d have cost more to tear out the tub, tile, jackhammer, etc. I contacted them on a weekend and Greg called me right back to set an appt for a free quote. Shaun and his partner came and I really like them from the start; they had 20+ yrs of experience each. They told me where they’d be running the new pipes and where they’d have to cut holes in the walls or inside cupboards. They started right away, the price was reasonable and they were done in a few days. I felt comfortable with them at my house when I wasn’t there. They told me up front that they don’t fix drywall. They did put all the cut-​outs back in place as best they could, so it wasn’t too unsightly until I found a drywall person to fix and reseal the holes. They even did a little extra job for me and didn’t charge me. I’d recommend them to anyone. I found them through

Update: Later I found a new shut off valve installed outside, that they didn’t tell me about. Since it wasn’t explained, I don’t know why I need two. They also had to come back a few months later to fix a leak in the outside plumbing, related to the extra job they did for me. I didn’t know about the leak until the irrigation meter was turned back on. They did get it fixed quickly.

I also want to add that like the other reviewer, I also had holes cut into my wall and was left to deal with it. In fact when Greg tells you his «best guy Luis» is coming out, be very aware. Luis is the guy that haphazardly did everything wrong to my house and Greg defended him. I have spent $ 1,000 fixing their TERRIBLE work. If I were the suing type, I’d have a case for sure.
