Dunkin’ Donuts

I stop here every Saturday morning for a large coffee and an apple fritter. Last two times I have gotten the fritters with no apples in it. Really Dunkin Donuts crew, are you really so screwed up that you forget to put the main part of a fritter in it? Thank God you don’t screw up the coffee. I guess next time I will have to rip it in half to make sure your doing your job.

Now I see why this place is rated so low. Donuts are nothing special for sure but they are donuts you kinda know that you are getting chain donuts going in. Here’s why they suck: service plain and simple.
I get to the drive-​through to buy three dozen donuts for my team which doesn’t seem like a big order for a chain donut shop and I am told politely that the limits is two dozen donuts so I asked why and he said it’s to keep the line in the drive-​through moving which I can kind of get early in the morning … oh OK was that posted somewhere so that I would’ve known that? he said no OK so I just get my two dozen donuts I get to the window the girl hands me my boxes of donuts I give her the card give me the card back I ask for my receipt and she said oh you need a receipt and I said yes I do and she said oh so she punches some buttons on her little computer and then looks at me says do you still need a receipt?
honey did you actually hand me a receipt? yes I still need a receipt and she said oh well can you pull in one of the spots over there and we will come give you a receipt
so how exactly does it save time for you to give me two boxes of donuts versus three boxes of donuts but in order for you to get a receipt you have to have somebody go out to my car?

This location is close to home and a good solution if I’m in the mood for a doughnut from time to time. The staff are friendly and service is fine as well. If you like coffee, I know a lot of people who prefer them over Starbucks.
I’ll say this, the doughnuts are just not satisfying in the least though. Don’t get me wrong, they do the job but they aren’t anything special. It seems like they are partially frozen or premade and then just finished in the store now. I’m not sure if something changed or if it’s me, but they just don’t taste the same as they once did.

I stopped in to get an iced coffee… and it was probably the worst iced coffee I have ever had in my life! Just horrible!!!
I don’t know how you can mess it up so bad, they asked cream and sugar? Want a flavor? I said ok vanilla… the guy pumped way too many pumps of artificial flavor/​sweetener into the cup, which resulted in a way overly sweet chemical tasting drink. Tasted nothing even close to coffee. I’ll definitely go some where else for an iced coffee craving.

I have no idea how to review the guy with press on nails with rainbow stickers he handed me donuts.

Typical dd. Have a very young crew there and some are better than others. I think they try but Moat are there to collect a paycheck. They don’t seem to care much about what is going on around them

Wow! I have never had two customer service people talk to me as rude as I was spoken to. Not only did they not sub out an orange juice for a coffee (I don’t drink coffee) they were so rude about it. Never going back there again. The «manager» needs to learn customer service skills. And I can say that because I am a restaurant manager and would never talk to a guest like that. What does the cost of an orange juice cost compared to a coffee? I was even ok with a substitution cost. But full price? I look forward to speaking with the franchisee and will update what was discussed.

The staff is always very friendly.
However, after a year of going to this location at least three times a month, they have yet to get one single order right.

Service is always timely. Deducted one star due to A– the akward parking/​drive-​thru situation and B– It really isn’t too special. Have never had Bad service.

This one is located in the Batram park, just adjacent to the Thai restaurant Takhrai.
Nothing special about this one, like most dunkin’, just another coffeeshop in the neighborhood.
If you can’t get your regular brew right, there is not much left for me to try in coffee house.
Their donuts, ¢99, are alright. May be it’s good for the cold beverages.
The do have a drive-​thru and staffs are nice. The place is clean and has a nice seating area with outdoor seating too. The chocolate donut was alright but the regular coffee was worse than what you’d find in a gas station.

This is a new Dunkin Donuts. It’s like most others I have been too. It’s very cleans, the donuts are usually fairly fresh. I am just not a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches as they microwave them. They taste ok. I have always been a big fan of Dunkin Donut coffee which is really good here.

This is a fairly new dunkin and I love it! I’m typically not a fan of young employees because they are rude at times. But these tees are so sweet funny and very helpful!

Place is nice, staff is friendly and efficient … However I don’t understand how the drive-​thru does NOT know how to include napkins. Make sure you ask for napkins!!!

This location is very friendly. I only gave it 4 stars cause Dunkin as a BRAND has horrible donuts.
Get the hash browns!!!

They cashier’s system never works to scan the phone app for payment or coupons. This doesn’t seem limited to only this location. I travel a lot and multiple locations demonstrate the same issue. My only other gripe (as all locations) never seem to know how to make a vanilla chai. They ask me, which I have no clue, or they just guess and then I have to send it back. Other than these two issues, this location is clean and staffed with friendly people.

Staff is friendly; hot chocolate is way too sweet and the donuts are not always fresh. The pumpkin filled donut was disgusting!

Great stop for breakfast. So far wonderful customer service. They are the quickest Dunkin’ I have ever been to! I feel like an iced coffee or latte can solve almost any issue!!! The location is a bit tucked back so you may need to search for it.
