Waiting here now for 2hours to give this place $ 720 for registration and tags…
You would think they would get more people in these places to take your money.
No wonder why people run around with no tags.

Do not come here in the middle of the Day at the end of the month the place is packed like sardines! God this place is so slow and smells bad.

Living in Riverside, this is the most efficient DMV/​TC office for us to use. It’s not fast, but they have seriously sped up service compared to the old days. The building is clean and well-​maintained, with a soda & snack machine inside.
When you walk in, you check in with the person at the kiosk on the left and after they make sure you have everything you need, they give you a coded number and you sit and wait. They have installed flat screens around the place where you can track the numbers being served and watch hints and tips for items they deem of interest and importance (and a few odd trivia items like at the movie theater).
I renewed my driver’s license this time, having to jump through all the «new» hoops of proving who I am and where I live. With eye check and picture taking, it was a lot faster than the old days and with wait included, I was out in 30 minutes.
