I hadn’t eaten at this food truck yet and it was over at the Food Truck Food Court today so off I went. My foodie friends say that they have some of the best kebabs in the city. Really? Checking out their menu board they didn’t have a wide variety but then that just means that they have perfected what they did have. I went for the Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Fries drizzled with Cilantro Sauce and apparently it was a hot selling item as people in front and behind me were ordering the same thing. Such wonderful smells were wafting out of every opening of the truck. I got my food in a few minutes and I had to try a fry with the sauce immediately. They were lightly seasoned and paired well with the light and refreshing taste of the sauce. Now the chicken kebabs? Wow. They were cooked just right and were still juicy. The bacon was not greasy and added the right amount of flavor and saltiness to the tender chicken. Excellence all around. Now I know what my friends were talking about and now I’m telling you. Go kebab it up!

We tried these for the first time tonight. They… are…AMAZING! We got the bacon wrapped chicken and a side fries and they were cooked to perfection. My only regret was not ordering an extra side of the cilantro sauce because I could’ve literally tossed it back on its own. I wish they would come to Bartram Springs every Friday. There were 4 food trucks here for Food Truck Friday and the crowd was gathered at Delish Kebobs. Now I know why. We literally can’t wait for next time. Super nice people too! 5 stars all the way.

Well I choose the right food truck art walk night! The chicken kebab was grilled just right. It was made even more superb with the cilantro garlic sauce drizzled the length of the pieces. The fries were cut strong and deep fried to a golden brown. Give em a try!

Why are food trucks in Jax so expensive?! Maybe cause I’m used to the food trucks in NYC… sigh… Anyway, I’ve only tried a few food trucks in Jax and this is my favorite one so far. We had: Top sirloin steak w rice and the chicken wrapped in bacon w fries. The chicken was VERY salty, had to take off the bacon, will not be getting that again. I loved the sirloin steak!!! Everyone who knows me knows that I love fries. But the steak goes so well with the rice. I can’t wait to try their food again, but this time I’ll only do the steak and rice.

Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. I had the bacon wrapped chicken kabobs and I truly can’t stop thinking of them. When will we meet again? I sure hope soon! The chunks of chicken were flavorful, smoky, cooked perfectly and served skewered on top of a huge serving of French fries that were also great. I can’t say enough good things about this meal.

A bit under-seasoned, and uninspired. If you are going to specialize in something simple like a kebab, it better be spectacular — this was not. Not offensive… just kinda bland. Decent fries.

Yeah, me and my lunch buddy got kabobs here today. We both had upset stomachs soon after. Didn’t taste that great anyhow. Chicken was dry, bacon sausage kabob was kind of boring, possibly undercooked.

Friend had party and sampled lots of food trucks and picked this one. It was the bomb! Absolutely delicious. We kept coming back for more. Bacon wrapped chicken was addictive. Fantastic!

Just grabbed the bacon wrapped chicken kabob with fries for lunch. At first I thought 8 bucks was pricey for a simple kabob, but it was more than filling. Plus their sauce(i think it’s a spicy aioli) is amazing.

I had to apologize to my friends and family that had to suffer through what-I-used-to-call kebabs. Marinate a good cut of meat, put it on a stick and add fire… right? No. I was missing crack(or whatever their secret is – I’m guessing a non-felonious form of it) and their amazing garlic sauce(I’m guessing Aioli?). And their cook is exact – like«perfect» exact. It puts me to shame! If I had a request/critique: more of the sauce and more money to spend. The people are great, too, and make their truck a fun stop for amazing food. Like several of my other favs, this is one I will flock to whenever I have the chance!

I can marinate steak, put it on a skewer and cook it perfectly over a glowing fire. But I’ve never been able to make it taste this good! The mixed salad, which is more like a coarse salsa, is the perfect complement to the meat.

Found this truck over at the Food Truck Court. At the urging of Unilocaler Brandon E. I gave this truck a try. Glad I did. You could tell they cut the meat themselves because it still had the top layer of fat to give it more moisture and flavor. The standard grocery store cuts just don’t have that. The vegetable fried rice consisted of a long grain rice with peas and carrots. The salad was a mix of finely chopped tomatoes, onions, yellow and green bell peppers, with a bit of cilantro. The salad balanced out the flavor of the meat quite well. The amount of food is enough to make you feel satisfied but not miserable. I actually wished there was more because it tasted good. Customer service is great as already stated in the other reviews. They have a few recently received awards proudly displayed and I must say they were deserved based on my small sampling today. I will definitely be back to try the other menu items in the near future.

Got to eat at this food truck tonight, there were a few trucks there, i would have loved to get something from each one. … Lol. … but. .I had to pick one and I had heard good things about the kebabs. so went with them. This is limited menu, either bacon wrapped chicken, or steak kebab. … we went with steak, cooked over open flame. … it was soooo good! ! The steak was cooked prefect, with great flavor, served with a garlic sauce.. Omg I could have eaten two kebabs easily… my only gripe is it was $ 8 for one kebab, a roll, and a drink. Kinda expensive, I split with hubby also cause we were headed to dinner(I know, I wanted to try it!) So not enough, wanted more! ! Also you got to pick your drink from cooler, and they had a lot of selection! We tried a Brazilian soda, and loved it!

Look another first for me. I saw this truck when I was hunting another truck. The Funkadelic truck was at academy sports today and they brought out some friends. This was the first time I have heard or seen this truck so you know I was all over top of it. This is a brother and sister team Sandro and Helosia from Brazil. They are doing kebabs just like the name on the red truck. Today I tried their steak and bacon wrapped kebabs. I will say that they are pretty darn tasty to. They cook them on a real wood charcoal and you can really taste it too. Now the chicken was nice and moist and the bacon had a good crisp to it. The steak on the other hand was well some very tender and some a little tough. He definitely a little heavy handed with the salt or tenderizer but they were packed full of flavors. I’m really glad to hear that they will be out on the streets more often now. They have a bigger trailer then before. So we all have to come down and try theses two’s food so they can put a wrap on this new trailer. See ya soon ya’ll
