When we bought our house we needed some work on the lawn. Tired of getting notifications from the HOA, my husband approached the gentleman who seemed to be working in most of the neighbor’s lawns as well. $ 20 a cut? I’ll take it. Beats having to do it ourselves. He helped us resod the front lawn where we had some brown patches due to faulty irrigation.
At the end of each month he left a bill in our mailbox and we sent him a check for that month’s service. Very low maintenance for a low maintenance yard. Perfect for what we needed.
