Horrible horrible horrible customer service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist name India has noooo clue what she is doing in the pharmacy. Rude, liar and incompetent to say the least. They are not even deserving of 1 star but had no choice. CVS need to spend some time/​money on training their employees on good customer service.

Pathetic customer service in the pharmacy. No help whatsoever. No empathy. No kindness. I wish Unilocal would allow for zero star reviews. I could probably sleep on it and reassess tomorrow, but erasing any memory of this place sooner than later will help my peace of mind. What a sad existence of a CVS pharmacy. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you enjoy being angry.

Jacksonville, FL
CVS is your usual drugstore, grocery, and others store. Convenient. Well stocked. The associate was good at greeting people and friendly. The store was clean and not very busy. It has a pharmacy, photo area, candies, makeup, giftcards, etc. I was only in there for 5 minutes. At checkout, I forgot my CVS card at home and the associate was nice to scan her card for me. Very well mannered.
Most likely to come back when I’m around the area.
