not arrogant so much as «efficient». and yeah they’re foreign, but the work is perfect so im not sure what the issue about «foreigners» is.

Highly recommend Cool-​R-​Us. A few years ago Lek and his crew installed a Carrier system in my house and I was highly impressed. Good price and excellent service. Didn’t just throw the system in, they took pride in the install and made it look very neat. You don’t often get that kind of professionalism. Recently I had a slight issue and Lek came out personally and took care of the issue. Great price and great service. Hard to beat!

Lek, and his team has helped us not only replace my home’s complete unit but I have trusted him on my rentals as well. Cool R Us has always taken care of us and been more price competitive than the others out there. If it needs a capacitor or a relay they will replace and fix the bad parts not tell you to replace the entire unit. Just plan good people.

If I could give this guy Lek 0 stars I would, but I guess 1 star will suffice. I called this guy for an estimate to upgrade my system. He was arrogant when I talked to him the first time and even more arrogant the 2nd time I talked to him for a service call. I do not recommend this foreigner at all. As soon as you hear the foreign accent, hang up because he will talk down to you and make you feel very uncomfortable. Sorry, folks but I call it like I see it.
