My experience was A+ by the triple A’s (Anthony-​Internet Sales Director, Andrew-​Client Retention/​Sales/​Leasing, and Andre-​Sales & Leasing Executive). They appear to love helping people locate the right car with the right features for the right price! Further they recognize that customers have choices about where to purchase and therefore work hard to earn your business. This is my 2^nd car purchase this year and therefore I was fed up & tired with the normal, archaic, pressured tactics common to so many dealerships… I did not experience that here in the slightest.
This began with an online inquiry I made on a beautiful BMW 750Li (picture will be uploaded). I received a quick reply from both Andrew and Anthony. After a few days of contact back and forth & another deal that went awry (See review of Drive Line, LLC — Ugh!), I showed up at the dealership unexpectedly. Andrew greeted me and didn’t «miss a beat». He connected me with Andre who took me on 2 test drives and did the bulk of the «heavy lifting» :). After some time I had the info I needed but not quite the deal I was seeking so I decided to take the info & think on it. I got engaged in a convo with yet another employee which gave Anthony enough time to swoop in and ultimately offer a deal that I could not refuse! Ultimately by my calculations, I got savings of nearly $ 8,000! As «icing on the cake» they detailed the car (inside & out) and provided a full tank of gas.
I had an outstanding sales experience and more! At Coggin Buick GMC of Orange Park, they view the point of purchase as the beginning of our relationship, not the end. They want to have «Customers for Life.» I was positively engaged/​greeted/​spoke with about 10 employees including Marvin (General Sales Manager) during my visit. This speaks volumes to their commitment to excellence.

I would absolutely recommend buying a car at this dealership. Mr. Dumas was very friendly and helpful and made the experience exceptionally easy. I saw the perfect car for me sitting out in front of the dealership on the certified pre-​owned side, pulled in, took a nice long test ride, and the paperwork was done so fast I could not believe it. I have never worked with a dealership that worked so efficiently.
Over all Harold T. Dumas did an excellent job and I would highly recommend his service and this dealership above any other I’ve ever dealt with.
