Went in on a Saturday afternoon, and had a surprisingly short wait. My husband wears a long beard, and Junko did a great job of shaping it without making it short. The haircut was fantastic too. Great attention to detail and a very fair price. FYI it’s cash only but there is an ATM inside the barber shop.

Great cuts for men and boys. We walked in on a Monday morning and waited maybe ½ hour but totally worth it. 3 cuts in under 30 mins and all liked their cuts.
Very friendly to our children and even turned on Transformers movie when we came in.
The staff is limited so I would call ahead if you are traveling far for a cut.

Hands down the best barbers in Jacksonville! Completely impressed by how accommodating and professional they are! My husband has been looking for a good barber since we moved here July 2014, unfortunately no one had been able to give him the exact hair cut he wanted… Until today! We showed Megumi (sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong) a photo of the cut my husband wanted and she replicated it EXACTLY! Thank you so much! He will be back bi-​weekly for sure!

Been driving all the way from Hampstead to have my hair cut. Great hair cuts, but this the secound time in six trips that it was closed during posted business hours. That is one out of three trips. My time, my gas, and never mind the cut cost $ 12.00, and I always give a twenty and say «keep the change». Sorry but that is a generious tip. Any successful business needs to have some one on the premise during posted hours. Hate this happened, but that is a long drive twice for nothing. Secound time I waited 20 minutes past what the hand written sign had on the door. They lost me for good. Take your chances they are open, but I am done

Best barber shop in Jville hubs goes here all the time the wait time is not very long and she is always playing new movies. Very very clean shop and all the stylist are friendly and very welcoming. Prices are amazing and they all do a great job on the hair.

Best haircut in Jacksonville! Most places charge a bit less, but it shows in the attitude of the barbers and quality of the haircut. Clippers and Shears will take their time to make sure you get a good fade. There are some newer barbers, but the owner even inspects work and will call out corrections.
You may have to wait a bit longer (I waited on average about 15 min), but the DVD player is always running with the latest releases.

Junko gives the best haircuts in town. I’ve been going to her every week for about two years. She used to work on Western Blvd but then left to open her own place. Be prepared to wait if there are 3 or 4 people in front of you but you are going to get a quality haircut and not one of those two minute robocut deals. I go in the evenings and there is usually only one person waiting. She has a nice setup in a brand new building, 70″ tv and couch. Most other places in town had been there for 50 years and seem as though they will fall down at any minute. I bring my 8 year old son often and she always changes the channel to something age appropriate for him.

Best haircut in Jacksonville! Prior to finding this diamond in the ruff I had been to several other barber shops and none of them ever gave me quite what I wanted. Then I found Clippers & Shears, also called Kinko’s Barber Shop, and its just what Ive been looking for. All of the staff is friendly, the shop is well maintained, prices are good, and most importantly the haircuts are top notch! There’s even a big couch with a TV for the kids if you bring them!

I’m here right now and the wait is definitely going to be atleast an hr. There are 5 chairs but only 3 barbers are staffed. You’d think that Sunday being the busiest they would have a full staff but, I guess not. There are 8 people ahead of me and are probably all military. I wouldn’t suggest coming here on the weekends. You will be waiting! If your looking for just a reg military cut, good enough. The Fade was mediocre at best the cut itself wasn’t that great.

Great barber shop! Junko is the best, razor fade, massage, hair wash, for great price. She does not rush like other barbershops. Clean shop and brand new with all amenities. I have been around jacksonville and most barbers rush, cannot cut, and don’t clean you up leaving with hair in your ears. Quality haircuts and not out to just take your money like most.

We are visiting the area and we stopped here because my husband and son needed hair cuts. This place is awesome. The staff is fantastic and super friendly. It’s nice and clean. A great place to go if you need a cut!
P. S. They only take cash but that is pretty typical of most barber shops. However, they also have an ATM.

Awesome barbershop. Very clean, looks like a salon with nice stations and Waiting area. It doesn’t feel ghetto at all, like a lot of shops around town. I feel safe bringing wife and kids to wait for me here.
I’ve had 3 cuts and they’ve all been exactly how I wanted it. No jacked up fades or medium regs that come out looking like screaming-high&tights. After cut they do hot towel and neck/​shoulder massage. Cuts are only 8, which is about average but way more pleasant here then at the other shops. After getting a cut here, you will wonder why you went any where else and question why all the thugs get away with charging the same for inferior haircuts.
They are new so the wait line even late on Sunday night is maybe 1 or 2 people long.
