Chili’s

5÷7÷2016 sat down at 6:58 am. It’s my last time here. Breakfast was cold. I got it fast though. Server didn’t offer me any condiments. No big deal really I got them myself at a near by table. I wished she would have noticed the bacon that looked like charcoal. Ordered a Bloody Mary at 7. The bartender came back from wherever at 7:10. Drank one sip. If your bloody Mary’s are that spicy warn your customers. It’s just a lack of basic service standards here. Off in space would describe the attitude. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience here. Guaranteed it’s my last. By the way I managed several Brinker stores so I may have a good grasp on service standards.

Terrible service. Gross salty food. Theres a reason i haven’t been to chilis in 8 yrs.

Bri was an excellent server. Extremely friendly, sweet, and attentive. She made our dining experience pleasant and enjoyable

Sub par. Waitress wasn’t so good. Bae’s omelet was really bad. Seating wasn’t great. I don’t give many one star reviews, but this Chili’s location was really phoning it in.

I stopped in for a burger before my flight. I asked for no lettuce, no tomato, and no onions on my sandwich, yet when it came out, it was fully dressed. The waitress insisted that she had entered the order right and asked if I wanted it fixed. A few minutes later she came back out. When I asked her if they had just pulled everything off, she said, «well sure… do you want them to make you another?» Since I was running tight for my flight, I told her I would take it, but the first bite I took had a large onion. I pushed it away and told the waitress for my check. The only positive was that they didn’t charge me for it.

This is pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a Chilis. Decent food (nothing too flavorful or unique). Not a whole lot of ambiance (but what would you expect from an airport) and reasonable service.
Constance was my server and she was friendly and helpful.
It did take about 40 minutes from the time I sat down and ordered until my chicken sandwich arrived and I was by myself. Wouldn’t recommend coming in here unless you have at least an hour to kill.

Being that we are at an airport you would think the service would be quick. We waited 15 minutes before asking/​getting a menu… we asked for a waitress… that took another 5 minutes… if you have a flight to catch I would not recommend eating here… there is a Chilis to go attached I would recommend getting your food there.

Ate a quick breakfast here before boarding my plane. My (powdered) eggs, bacon and potatoes were hot and fresh. The service was a bit bored, but overall it was a decent airport breakfast.

Did not have time to sit. Smart idea to make a to go stand. We needed something fast.

Slowest service ever. We had a salad and quesidillas. How hard is that? Waited over 40 minutes.
If you have a plane to catch quickly, this is not a good option at all.

Very solid for an airport location. I sat up at the bar and enjoyed friendly and timely service from the bartender Julie. I had about 30 minutes before my next flight, which was just enough time for a Blue Moon draft and the Chipotle Chicken bowl.
Of course the beer was delicious and refreshing, but the chicken bowl was awesome! Grilled chicken mixed with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, beans, etc. and all covered in a delicious chipotle dressing. I had to order extra dressing because it was so good… intensely flavorful, but not too hot.
BOTTOM LINE: Quick, friendly, and delicious… exactly what I am looking for in the airport.

I have been here a couple of times, and the food was as expected for a Chili’s. The service was good.

Julie at the bar kept me entertained at the bar. Don’t expect the Chili’s 2 fer 1 happy hour in the airport.

Stopped in here for breakfast before an early flight. Server was friendly and attentive. Took order and brought drink quickly. Food came out quick and was very good. Check was quick as well. I’d eat here again no question.

A very standard Chili’s.
The best part is that they specialize in quick service since they are in the airport.
The quality of the food is the same as a regular Chili’s but the food comes out about twice as quick.
My server was great and very friendly.

We tried to eat at this location about 11am on a Sunday. There were only about 6 tables and no employees in sight. We waited about a minute and a half just to be greeted/​seated before we gave up. Just as we were turning 2 ladies walked out from the kitchen/​prep area, but could have cared less that we were wanting to eat. They were not in a hurry, and didn’t even try to stop us from leaving. When we got across the hall to regroup they had disappeared again.
I couldn’t possibly recommend this restaurant to anyone with less than 2 hours to spare.

Chili’s is a few notches above Applebees, they carry your standard «American» fare: wings, burgers, nachos, beer etc.
We stopped in here before a flight and were seated immediately and had drinks within a few minutes. (The blackberry tea was awesome.) Our server was super friendly, prompt and attentive.
We had the southwest eggrolls (wonderful), chicken fajitas (DELICIOUS) and a burger (hubs loooooved it). We were in no hurry to eat but were in and out of there in about an hour!

Andrew and Toni were attentive and friendly. Fast service. Mini burgers were very good. IPA beer citrusy and delicious. A good choice for a pre boarding dinner.

Do you like cramming shitty cheeseburgers in your face and being ignored by bartenders and waiters? You are in luck, check out this Chilis! Low quality food, served with a frown and minimal eye contact.
I’ve actually been to this airport Chili’s a couple of times. The hostess at the front seems like more of a bouncer. It’s like they don’t want to let you sit down. If you actually do sit down, you may or may not get a server. Either way, it won’t be fast.
Alternatively you can saddle up to the bar, and get blown off by a bartender. When you order a drink it’s going to take a while, it’s going to be weak, and it has about a 60% chance of being what you ordered.
Want to close out your tab? Too bad sucker! I hope you like waiting.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in ages. Really haven’t had any desire to go, but when we got to the airport at lunchtime and needed something to nosh on it fit the bill. We got a beer and decided to split the Triple Dipper. It would fill us up but not stuff us full and gave us just enough variety to keep us entertained with our meal.
We had the burger bites, the southwestern egg rolls and the chicken crispers. Everything was as I remembered. Nothing was overwhelmingly outstanding, but it was all good. Let the vacation begin!
