I like Chillis, but there was a problem with their menu and the actual food. The Prime Rib burrito has no Prime Rib meat at all and it is misleading, they use chuck roast beef. I don’t think this is a local restaurant type of decision and assume that it comes labeled as such. Either way, misleading customers is wrong!

rolled up here right at closing, instead of being jerks they were super nice and fed us. I was expecting some whatever shit– but no — I was delivered straight up one of the tastiest burgers i’ve had in a while. Perfectly cooked, great brioche bun(seriously great bread), some garlic mayonnaise on that bad boy — I was shocked. Go here– get the bacon cheeseburger, order a 6 dollar huge beer– what’s not to like? I’ll be back. Right before closing. :)

We don’t even have our order yet, but this location is listed as Greater Arlington. It very much is not!!! I live not even 5 minutes away from that location. Now my husband had to drive to this one. Not happy!

You can’t beat the $ 20.00 Meal Deal you get an appetizer and 2 entrees. We got the Nachos with pico and guacamole to share(they were really good) Then my wife got the Margarita Chicken and I got the ½ rack of Baby Back Ribs(again both were very good) We decided then and there to visit here more regularly.

I ordered pick up, app said the food would be ready at 4:27, app asked for the make and color of my car. I pulled up on time, nobody even came to us, we waited for 5 min before I walked in. No one greeted me at all, two bartenders just glancing a couple of times. I was left standing there for a couple of minutes in my home clothes and not one person acknowledged me. 5 minutes pass by after I walked in and finally the manager just looks at me from the kitchen and says“Johnathan?” I nod and as I’m walking back to my car I hear him ask the kitchen to start on my appetizer. I’m already 10 min past the finish time and he is just now starting on my damn appetizer? So I get home and open all my food, and I’m missing my queso that I PAID for. Not only am I missing the queso that I PAID for I was also missing chips. So I call and complain and the manager swears up and down the queso is in the bag.“it’s just in a small Togo container”… So you’re in the wrong and you’re telling me you put queso in here but there isn’t any at all. I have no queso and I have no chips to eat my guacamole. So you make me wait, make me hunt YOU down to pay for my food, and you forget part of my order? Never again. Manager offered to give me a fresh bag of chips or to send me gift certificates, I declined. Why? Why would I want to even come back? Free food? I enjoy an establishment that takes pride in their service. The manager was the one who got all this wrong. If this is what kind of service the manager produces, what does it say about the establishment itself?

Our food was cold, our service was horrible. We didn’t recurve everything we ordered and when we asked to speak to a manager he took his time coming to our table and then made an excuse that they got backed up in the kitchen. Unacceptable.

We went here for my daughters 17th birthday with my family and my mom and guest. It was a VERYGOOD experience! Our waiter was PERFECT, he knew what we needed before we had to say anything! The food was so good as well! Very nice location!

I love the new additions to the menu. Everything is pretty consistent and delicious. I do love their 2 for 1 drinks every day, all day! I think it’s wine and draft beer. I love the margarita chicken bowl and tacos. The chicken sandwich is great too and their desserts are pretty solid. My only vice about this particular location is the bar clientele who pretty much drink their weight in alcohol and the manager doesn’t seem to mind them talking at the pitch of an announcer, getting into the personal space of pretty much every customer at the bar and never being cut off. Probably why they keep coming back. I’ve been to this one about 5 times and we sit at the bar and it’s always the same. D-runky drunkertons pretty much any day or time I’ve been there. I love sitting at the bar, but when you’re surrounded by people who pretty much invade your personal space slurring and yelling you kind of shrink back. The manager always comes over, the bartenders all seem to know them as I’m sure they are regulars, but sheesh. How about just telling them to be a little more respectful and if you’ve ever read any of my reviews, you know I love to drink so it’s not like I’m opposed to imbibing ;)

Not a bad place. Service is not great, but still OK. Food is pretty good. They have upgraded the menu lately and it has gotten better overall. Price is decent for this type of restaurant. I will be trying it again. Hopefully service improves.

It’s okay, it is slow on service and the food is like any other restaurant, or fast food joint. If your hungry this is s good spot if you want to wait 30 mins for it if your looking for good food id try elsewhere.

The restaurant was clean and the server was very friendly. The one thing that was off was the food. I had the beef short rib enchilada dinner platter. The taste of the food was bland. I expected a great tex mex flavor, but I was disappointed.

My son and I ordered the 2 for $ 20 deal. For appetizers, we picked the Texas cheese fries. It’s pretty fattening, but taste great especially when dipped in ranch dressing. We also had a free chips and salsa. I also ordered a bowl of chili. The best chili is at Chili’s. For the main, my son had the pepperoni pizza and I ordered the baby back ribs with steamed broccoli. Well done! We had a great service. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. Pretty cute too:)

Chili’s is what it is… nothing special but definitely worth a stop in for some Happy Hour specials. I stopped in on Saturday for some drinks with some girlfriends and it was nice. Our server was friendly and helpful. My two drinks were really cheap(yea!) and very good. I was the only one not eating in my group, but between the salad, buffalo wings, avocado burger and queso that was sitting in front of me that day it’s safe to say I have a pretty good idea of what I’d order the next time I am there. All in all, I would say that as far as chain restaurants go, Chili’s ranks higher on my list than others so I’ll be back at some point I’m sure.

I usually don’t like reviewing chain restaurants like this cause these cookie cutter Americana fare food restaurants are everywhere and everyone has been to one. I was compelled to change my stance this time though because my experience was quite unique. It was family dinner night. We try to go out every once in a while to get the minions used to eating out and behaving in a public setting. It’s always a challenge finding a restaurant that caters to both kids and adults where patrons won’t be disturbed if the kiddos act up. We chose Chili’s cause it was close and met our criteria. It has been years since I’ve been to a Chili’s. I remember back then that I was turned off by the atmosphere because I couldn’t differentiate it from the Applebees across the street or any TGI Fridays. This time was different. They didn’t have any posters/memorabilia of old movies, no pictures of 80’s actors and 90’s child stars, and gone are the over abundant in your face advertisements for their ribs, wild onion, and margaritas. The interior is a bit more modern now and the ads are kept on the table on a small flip book. Even the menu had some improvements and new additions. The most noticeable addition to the restaurant, was the tablet. The tech-geek in me couldn’t get over how you can do everything from play games, order food, call your server and pay the bill. It made the whole dining experience seamless. Every restaurant should have this! How long has this been around?! There will probably be debates on whether technology at a restaurant is a boon or a distraction, but for my family night, it worked. Mom and Dad were full, the kids were entertained and fed, and we made it out without any spilled drinks or broken glassware. I call that a successful family night. Thanks Chili’s!

Called at 11:26 pm & asked what time kitchen closed. Was told by Jolene that they served food till midnight. Thanked her & said would call back. Called back at 11:35 to place a carry-out order & was told by Jolene they don’t take orders after 11:30 pm for carry-out. I asked why I wasn’t informed of that when I had just called. She didn’t even offer to take the order anyway.

This is a good chain to eat at for an inexpensive meal and drinks. It’s always happy hour! If you dine with someone who likes to share, you can get a meal for 2 for $ 20(you have to split an app) The server was really friendly and the food came out quick. The place was packed as well.

I tend to come in when they have specials. One time they had a free kids meal. The last time I came, I had the choice for a free appetizer or dessert. My son isn’t a big dessert person, and the appetizers looked really delicious, so we got our free Southwest Eggrolls($ 8.29) to go with our Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers($ 9.89) and Fried Cheese appetizer($ 4.49). I think I gained a whole lot that day(just the crispers alone weigh in at 2,040 calories, 99 g fat, 240 g carbs), but the journey was delicious. The crispers had a nice sweetness to counteract the bite of the spiciness. They serve it with ranch sauce if the heat gets too intense. It’s probably one of the best things on their menu taste-wise. The fried cheese was really good. I like it when the cheese and fried outside don’t detach when you’re mid-munch. The Southwest Eggrolls were a great choice — basically chicken, green onion, red bell pepper, corn, beans, etc. in a deep-fried flour tortilla, served with a cream-based sauce to balance the spice. Yes, a great place to dine if they have a discount, but with the calories and price, I don’t go there often.
