Very pleased with the honesty and efficiency with Charles and Chase. Being a landowner in another state, he worked around our tenant’s schedule and came out almost immediately after being contacted and took care of our issue while keeping me in the loop at all times. I initially contacted Chase Air through Angie’s List for a routine AC check-​up. I was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness, so when it came time to replace the entire system, I gave them a call. It was a difficult job, especially due to the low roof pitch and the need to seal and re-​insulate the ducts, but they worked very long days and got it done. The work ethic displayed by them was impressive. It has been three months since the installation, and everything is working fine. I highly recommend Chase Air.

Charles and Derek are complete professionals and have been there to help anytime we had questions about our system. They are always on time for the yearly service appointments which is very important to us in our busy lives.

I picked Chase Air after searching through Angie’s List and I picked a winner! These guys are experts at what they do but in addition to that they have utmost integrity. They won’t try to sell you something if you don’t need it. If you have HVAC needs then this is who you want. I am so thankful we went with them for our HVAC.

I am a single woman, clueless about anything mechanical. To top it off, I have a licensed in home childcare plus my own children. I’m scared to let anyone in my home. Chase Air not only rested my nerves, but they were honest, reliable, and quick. They are a Christian business. They respected my home and all of the children. They cleaned up after themselves. They even came over one time when my air would not turn on. Turns out, I blew a fuse! I didn’t know how to reset it! They didn’t laugh, just taught me. I would NEVER choose another air conditioning company. Only Chase will take care of my air!
