Terrible customer service avoid this store at all costs! Go to actual Verizon store and not this«authorized retailer» from . After working with original sales representative Juan was advised my issue would be resolved in 24 – 48 hours. Three days later nothing! Issue not resolved no call, then he doesn’t answer my calls. I left several voice mails and even sent him text but nothing back. Called this store and was told I should work with my original rep aka Juan who was not to be heard from by me. Then I had to make another visit to the store on the weekend when I was supposed to be relaxing. Spent about 45 minutes just to get a rep available. Two hours later after dealing with rep Derek, was advised issue would be resolved in 24 – 48 hours. Again waited to Wednesday to no avail. No call no anything. Called the store again and was told to work with original rep aka Juan who I still could not get a hold of. Was advised by other store employees that they called his manager and that he would be calling me back but still nothing. After numerous calls to Juan and the store I made another visit on the weekend following. This made my third weekend where I had to waste time from relaxing and spending time with my family. This time spent about an hour working with Matthew who also advised me of the same thing, «I’ll take care of everything don’t you worry». Of course I’m skeptical now. Of course the usual, 24 – 48 hours later and issue still not resolved. Of course my account is racking up overage charges as long as this carries on. I call Matt, send text, but nothing. Eventually I think he blocked my phone because all my calls started going straight to his voice mail, which was not setup. Of course this happens again. I finally had enough. I search online and find a customer service number for Verizon. I call and explain the whole story. The rep at the call center was more than nice and agreed that this should have been resolved weeks ago. She documents everything and escalates the issue. The customer service center was very curtious. Of course because these are actual Verizon employees. Then my service gets cut off because of the overages. I call and explain they see the notes on the account, apologize and restore my service. Now I am still waiting for the issue to be fully resolved which due to my call coming in on Thursday I guess is to be expected. Now I have filed a complaint with the real Verizon about this store which is tainting their name and image with horrible customer service. Remember this is not Verizon do not be fooled. They are only a «authorized retailer» which means they sell Verizon plans and phones, but are by NO means Verizon.
