I went for a Pre-​employment physical. The waiting area was extremely clean and organized. The staff was very courteous, helpful, professional and pleasant. My wait time was minimal and once taken to the back area they were well organized and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Care Spot.

Good fast service with good communications. My go to for stuff that is urgent but not quite ER material.

Ok, Followup to my first impressions review. They were awesome on the FIRST visit, 2^nd Visit for chronic cough. They charged me for a follow up on the same issue I have had for 2 weeks and they Billed me again.
They say you need to come back in 3 days if your not feeling better.
Soooooooo Let me get this right. You give me 10 Days of Antibiotics and if they are not working in 3 days come back? Has any thought with only 3 days of Antibiotics you would get better in 3 days? Not me and I would not expect to be better in 3 days.
I finished the antibiotics was out of town come back and charged for the same issue. UGH Frustrating. Should have stuck with my old PCP that I know sucks. You would think I would know better not to have expectations not being charged for followup visit.
They did and the frustrating thing I almost thought I would ask if I could make the ANRP if I could make them my PCP. They would cost me more in the long run.
Love the staff but you kicked me where it really hurt in the expectation TENDERS and it hurt bad!
