These guys are the best. They give personalized service that is second-​to-​none. Shawn and the crew will do whatever it takes to get and keep you riding. They work actively in the community to promote cycling. From group rides to open house events to local race/​event support they do it all. Now that I have moved out of the area I get frustrated dealing with the local bike shops in my area, because they just cannot live up to the service I received from The Bicycle Gallery.

All around awesome bike shop. The Bike Gallery staff are very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable; willing to take their time to help you with your bike or gear needs. My bikes are always serviced quickly and tuned-​in nicely. They even have an after hours emergency repair hotline! These guys upgrade components on my bikes, provide fast adjustments, and even let me get hands on during some repairs. If you show an interest, they’ll teach you. They even provide bike maintenance and group riding classes. BG is huge on building the riding community and enhancing it by sponsoring group trail, gravel, and road rides. They have a group for every skill level. This is THE LBS to keep coming back to.

Great shop with fantastic customer service. I wanted to buy a bike for my son’s birthday. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we made the right choice for him. The bike we wanted wasn’t on the floor, they assembled it then delivered it to my home. They made the day! I can’t say thank you enough!

A beautiful shop specializing in a much-​higher than department or discount store bike, mainly the «Specialized» brand, along with some heavy duty beach cruisers, road, mountain, bmx, fitness and comfort bikes, kids bikes and some serious wheels for the triathlete. High quality accessories and gear from the Specialized brand and more including serious biker men in tight pants biker wear, helmets, shoes, etc. Even the maintenance and repair area within the shop has an upscale, almost engineering lab look to it. As others have noted, very knowledgeable, helpful manager, friendly competent biking enthusiast staff, super clean, brand new upscale shop. A great addition to downtown a great resource for a community full of athletic young military and civilian enthusiasts alike, and in fact a prize for the region. This is a top notch bike shop. Being a Marine and having been to shops all over the country this place rates up there with the friendliest and most helpful place I have been. The mechanic Joseph is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to do the repairs on my bike while I waited. The shop managers answered all of my questions and made me feel at right at home. I would highly recommend this place and will be continuing to go there whenever I need parts or service for my bike.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Whatever you need they seem to have it. Though I have never participated, I like how they do group bike rides. It extends the relationship between owner and customer. Going into a bicycle shop like this filled with pricey high-​end bicycles can be intimidating for a first time shopper looking to get into cycling but they make you feel like a friend. Very patient with all your questions is a big plus.

Awesome bike shop. Shawn was extremely helpful with choosing a bike for us and helping us out with everything. Even put on my wife chain on for free and helped out in fixing it. Highly recommend them.
