Benton Integrity Roofing Systems

BAD EXPERIENCE: in 2013 Benton Integrity Roofing made several repairs on my roof, which had been installed by another company a few years earlier. The most significant repair was to re-​seal around two skylights. Two years later, the area around the skylights is leaking again. I called them about it on Aug 21; an inspector came out on Aug 26 and showed me where their earlier repair job had failed. As of September 5, despite repeated calls, I’ve never received an estimate – much less a date when they would repair the work. Meanwhile, the leaks get worse with each monsoon rain, along with damage to my attic and ceiling. They should be required to remove «integrity» from their name under federal truth-​in-​advertising regulations.
