This is a great store… The store is neat, clean and well-organized…The staff is super friendly and helpful… The only complaint I have is that it’s very difficult to find someone to assist you… But once you do they are very helpful. This store is worth checking out at least once.

I like this store but it could be about 6 aisles big for me. I shop here for a couple of reasons only. The kitchen stuff actually the stuff that Restaurant Depot doesn’t have. I have walked around the store once. They have some really nice stuff and 75% of the stuff I don’t need. I like their knife collection and the thermometers. Sometimes even pots and pans but they are really proud of this stuff. So stay here please and I’ll keep buying my here’s and theres.

You can find pretty much any gadget or gizmo your little heart desires at this store. Just don’t forget your coupon!!!

This is a great BB&B. Everything is clean, organized and stocked well. It’s not very often I come in for anything specific because their prices are usually on the high side. But, I do come in every now and then to browse and usually walk out with a thing or two I happen to find on a great sale.
I’ve been wanting one of their micro-​dry bath mats for quite a while now, but I didn’t want to pay $ 30 for one. Last week they had a few of the colors marked down 50%. I purchased a light blue one that matched my bathroom perfectly. Unfortunately, once I got it home and in place, it only took my husband stepping on it once with his shoes for me to know the very light color wasn’t going to work. I still had the receipt, but had removed all the tags and thrown them away, so I really didn’t think they would let me exchange it. Not to mention it was already dirty. I called and spoke with a manager, Corey, and he told me it would be no problem to exchange it or get a refund. I went back the next day and exchanged it for a darker color with no questions asked. Easy peesy.
The only problem I have with this store, and the reason I took away a star, is because trying to find someone to help you while you are shopping is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Once you do find someone, they are always nice, friendly, and helpful. But finding that someone is the problem. Also, I’ve only seen them have one register open (the one at the customer service desk). This usually isn’t a problem because they aren’t very busy, but the other day there were 4 people in front of us and one of them had a huge cart full of stuff. They should have opened up another register.
Still think this is a great BB&B and this is the one I’ll continue to give my business to.
PS: I also found a great shower curtain for $ 4.99 (regular $ 29.99). Score!
